Back on 30 day shred after years of phoning it in at the gym. Just stepped up to level 2. It’s so hard 😭😭

RI30 L2D3 done. I'm not doing well this week - skipped Monday and Wednesday intentionally as I was cycling to work those days, and Tuesday an urgent work message came in at 7.30 and needed doing before 9, so that are up my Jillian time. Back on it tomorrow!

I bailed on L2: L3D1 done here. It's actually easier than L2 as less of it is in plank, although the third circuit is pretty tough.

That is really encouraging to hear @ProfessorRadcliffeEmerson as was dreading what might come next ! I liked L3 30DS more than L2 as well. I will report back tomorrow !

I didn’t find it too bad - though I do refuse to do plank jacks - I just do jumping jacks with the weights- good enough for shred level 3, good enough for me!

You're a better woman than I am, Hermione! Any workout that has plank jacks and squat thrusts and mountain climbers and crow push-ups is not for me.

RI30 L3D2 done. Felt harder work today than it did on Monday. That may be something to do with the lovely evening out I had last night!

Hi all - apologies I have been lurking for a while 😳 but hope you don’t mind if I join in? Since May I have done 30DS and just completed RI30 and yesterday began Body Revolution. Those of you who have done BR did you find workouts 1 and 2 easy? I am not sure whether to carry on with the process or jump straight to workouts 3 and 4? Maybe I should just enjoy it while I can before it gets too evil 😁. I also do NMTZ and BFBM at weekends.

Welcome @roonetta! It’s a while since I did Body Rev but my memory is that the whole of the first month is relatively easy if you’ve done Shred and Ripped (and the cardio is very boring). Might be an idea to jump to workouts 3 and 4, if only so you don’t have to do that cardio workout for too long!

Thanks @ProfessorRadcliffeEmerson. I did workout 2 yesterday with weights at every opportunity and definitely felt it a bit more. Have viewed the cardio though and you’re right, it looks boring as hell. Cardio is my nemesis anyway so anything to avoid too much jumping around 😊 (pelvic floors not what they were 😳). I might do one more each of workouts 1 and 2 and then switch up.

Hi @calmconfident - I hated L3 with a passion. I always felt like I wasn’t doing a lot of the moves quite right. Only stuck at that level for 5 days before moving swiftly on. I much preferred L4. Hope your knee is okay 👌🏻

Hi Professor Smile I actually enjoyed the cardio. Can see how it will become boring very quickly though. I decided to move on to workouts 3 and 4 this week. Did WO3 yesterday and enjoyed it, though I still don't get that "I can't manage another move" type feeling I usually get with JM workouts. Will persevere, although maybe will only do WO3 and 4 for 1 week and then move up. It has to be doing something right?

Glad DD liked L3. I think the dreaded duck walks put me off!!
