Well, I've hit my first target, one stone lost! I've been eating well, no/minimal crap, no alcohol during the week, smaller portions, etc.
Did a full 30 days of 30Day Shred, then started Body Revolution. I have taken a couple of additional rest days but overall, I'm enjoying it.
Plenty of variety which I like as I don't want to get bored but that means plenty of new exercises to learn and master the form, which is hard as I'm only a beginner.
It is a bit dated though, and her style definitely has it's critics. I have the full 12 weeks downloaded so I'll finish it, but does anyone have any suggestions for a follow up?
I like at home or park based workouts, preferably a woman trainer, not too shouty but encouraging, not too hard but challenging.. but I'm not fussy!
