I accidentally had a rest day yesterday Blush but L1D7 completed today! DS (11 months) watched me for the first time with looks of amazement!

L2 Shred this morning.
I need a plan or I won't keep at it. I feel great when I've finished a workout but I almost failed to get up in time today.
If I commit myself to something more specific I know I'll be less likely to hit the snooze button.

I find it easier when I have declared an objective e.g. finish the Shred within 6 weeks. I don't like to renege on a commitment.

This is what got me through the last few months of last year. It is easier when it is light in the mornings.

I read this about will power earlier today...

That’s a helpful article clearsomme. Having an objective like 30 Day Shred keeps me going definitely. The challenge is probably what I do after the Shred.

Ripped L2 today.
I exercise first thing and have recently been doing it with red shaded lamp rather then the main light. It makes it feel less painful somehow.
