Reastie that sounds like a glimmer of hope at least that the medication could be tinkered with.

Plink apparently the negatives can be wrong more than the positives - def do keep us updated! I like the ones that cost a fortune and say'pregnant' rather than lines, for absolute clarity.

Week 5 day 1 done today - I can't even remember what that was - think it was chest. I was all impressed that I was improving but afterwards realised I had actually been using a lighter weight not a heavier one Confused

Hi Reastie like yum said at least that's a little something to help ease it. Nope. Maybe like a day bit other than that super clockwork. I track them using the Flo app. 6 days late and counting! 😂

yum Well with DS, I knew I was pg but the 1st test said no. Was quite upset as I'd gotten excited. 2nd test said yes 😂 I like those too!! That was what I used 1st time... and it told me how many weeks too!! Loved it. DP has just got the boring lines one 🙄 I'm in boots tomorrow so I might pick up another one 😂😂
Oh no haha! What a comedy moment! I'm sure it'll happen in no time though - you'll think you've got the lighter weight when actually you're on the heavier one.

I’m glad it’s a tiny bit better reastie. Do you have hg (sorry can’t remember how it’s spelled out!) or is it something else? Feeling sick is so horrible. I still can’t look at the London olympics logo as it reminds me of lying on the sofa trying not to puke in my first trimester

Good work on lift poppy.
I did a run yesterday and then speed 3.0 today. My abs hurt now after all the burpees. Am hoping for another run tomorrow am - fingers crossed the weather is ok. I’m a fair weather runner

Well done on the run and burpees Purple - I went through a brief phase while doing T25 when I found them ok - but now I hate them again.

Back and triceps (I think) week 5 workout 2 today. Did ok and didn't skip core. I found the modifier for the scissor kick things harder almost than non modifying because Marcella was doing almost a proper situp each time. I am being a bit lazy and sticking to one weight on my power blocks for each round and my 6kg hexagon weights as it is too much of a faff to keep pausing and adjusting the weights.

My right arm hurts slightly - not in a doms way - more of a repetitive strain injury way - I am hoping it will get stronger and better but not sure what it is.

Spoke to the doc today as Clearblue came up negative as well. She just suggested waiting another week. She sounded pretty convinced that I was though 😂

Well done on your workout yum . At least you're getting into it and it's hard to do that when you stop/start. Take it easy on your arm, listen to your body and stop when you need to.

Just completed Week 2 Stretch. I've had 6 days off so it's time to get back on it. Nice rest as my body seemed to need it but from now on will be doing modified stuff. Also created a new email so I could grab a free 2 week trial of BOD (and I will keep creating email addresses until the New Year when I can afford a years worth as I really want to keep my fitness up 😂 Think it's with having a look at the pre and post natal workouts on there 😄😄)

Plink I love that you might get to join me with pg, I’m feeling quite excited I might have someone to share pg workout ideas with (well, in about 3-4 months when I might manage to try something finally). Keep me updated but in the mean time I’ll try not to get too excited! Still really rubbish here but have an extra medication to add in to try. Another day is over of this hell.

argh Reastie. Well done on another day ticked off. Could you plan in some amazing treats for when you feel up to treats - spoil yourself rotten - I don't know - pamper weekend with friends, or really push the boat out sign up to BBOD as well as Les Mills for the pregnancy workouts!!

Yumy I can’t actually think of any treats at all right now other than feeling better! Last pg I was never up to leaving the house for longer than 4 hours or else I became really nauseous again from overdoing it. I literally did nothing but medical appointments and the occasional trip into town to keep having to get bigger and bigger clothes! If I’m up to it BBOD does sound like a good treat though, I might have to copy plink and keep getting their free trial with different email addresses!

4.5mile run this morning. Was beautiful - sunny and cold. I’ve remembered I entered a half mara for a few weeks time. It has come round fast! I will need to try to squeeze in a long run over the weekend. Probably a rest day tomorrow though

Reastie That would be great fun! I really didn't do anything on my last pregnancy 😞 which led to me putting on a fair amount of weight. So I would like to approach this one differently. I will keep you posted! Haha I know it sounds silly with the email addresses but I can't afford it with Christmas coming up so New Year it is. Might even get the Shakeology pack Shock

Yum I know right? Haha I was quite excited to be back on it. I tried the Pre-natal yoga. It was lovely! Nice and relaxing... well... until DS woke up 20 mins in 😂

Purple yes! I just checked. Liift4 is on there Grin woah a half marathon! Good luck with it! Is there anything you do to prepare other than running? Like do you eat more in the run up to it or get a sports massage?

Still no positive! I tried Clearblue 6 days early this time. DP has suggested taking the last one off me and hiding it away until the 9th 😂😂😂 I have agreed to this because I am just getting too excited and literally pissing my money away on pg tests 😂😂😂

Right, plink, have you tried it on the first wee of the day as that’s the most concentrated so it’s most likely to give a positive? Maybe this is tmi but rather than waving it into my wee as I go I’ve always wee’d into a pot and put the stick into the pot.

I've tried it on the first wee of the day twice 😂. I had 3 in the pot ones and 2 in the stream ones 😂

I had a think though. Last time, when I thought I was pg with DS, I tested about 2/3 weeks after conception. Negative. My second test was a month after then. So it really must just be that my hcg levels are really low at the moment.

DP has taken last test away 😂 and I am going to test again in 2 weeks. It's the most frustrating thing. I'm 80% sure I'm pregnant. The period being 8 days late is a big giveaway plus the nausea and tiredness.

Reastie fingers crossed that the medication helps. In situations where life is hard, I always follow the mantra of 'one day at a time' which it sounds like you are doing. It will improve at some point so just tick off each day and you will get there Smile As I have said before, exercise will still be waiting for you when you are ready and able to do it.

Plink ooh another BB baby maybe?? I can sense how frustrated you are and I hope that when your DH lets you pee on a stick again, it comes up positive. Love the idea of just constantly setting up new e-mail addresses to get the BBOD trials - wish I had thought of that before I splashed out £140 to get it Grin

Purple yeah, that happens to me a lot where I just remember that I have booked a half marathon....not Grin Love how relaxed you are about it when everyone else is stressing and training for it - much better to be like you! Liift is definitely on BBOD so well worth signing up for Smile

Yum as Joel always says, you are allowed rest days and make the most of them so never feel guilty about days you don't exercise! I honestly don't know what witchcraft and magic is involved but Liift is the most effective programme I have done even with the short workouts and 3 rest days a week!! My arm muscles are definitely more defined than they have been since I was 10stone and a total gym buddy and doing about 10 classes a week (aka 12 years ago pre-DC Grin) I swear that once I shred all my body fat, there is a body like a body builder underneath Wink Wink

I am just pottering along with Liift - so far this week, I have done the Chests and Tricep workout, the Back and Biceps one, caught up on the Hiit one that we missed from last week and a Clubbercise class!Going to do the other 2 week 5 workouts this weekend.

In other news, I got a new low weight this morning - another 3lbs and my weight will be 12 stone something which I would be over the moon about (considering I started at 15 stone 10lbs).

Fab news on the weight roman. I love the idea that underneath you’re a body builder! It’s probably true given all the lift work outs. I think that is a comforting thought for us all actually and I might remember that when I feel a bit flabby!

The day ran away with me a bit today and I didn’t quite get the long run in I wanted - I did 8miles not 12, but it was quite fast so I guess that will have to do. I measure distance and speed on my phone and it always shows the same speed irrespective of how fast I feel I’m going. It is getting frustrating so I think I’m gojng to need to use the MapMyRun app from now on. I’ve avoided it as when I’ve used it before I got too stressy about pace, but I think I’ve gone too far the other way now.

Roman it would be very exciting! Haha it's just to get freebies... by I realised I can do it with a bunch of other stuff too. You know the freebies you get with bounty and Emma's diary? Pretty sure I could get a few of them which would be handy. I'm still using the tube of toothpaste we got in one of those packs for DS 😂
Amazing weight loss Roman!! Such an achievement! I still haven't got myself to a Clubbercise class... soon 😂

Purple that's still a very good run! 8 miles! Is there are specific time you want to get your half Mara done by?

Reastie haha no news yet. I did a test yesterday and still no positive result! So, I really am going to wait until Friday now. Its starting to get quite disappointing when it doesn't show positive. I promise as I get a positive, I will be popping on here with about a million exclamation marks 😂😂😂

Managed to do T25 workout on Saturday whilst DP. I was so tired though and totally not up to it so I ended up doing modifications for pretty much all of it 😖 I think I am going to give T25 a rest really and switch to the prenatal workouts with Autumn (though her voice grates on ears a tad 😂)

So tired guys... I'm napping with DS during the day at the moment. Just exhausted...

Plink regardless of whether you are pregnant, having a toddler is exhausting and naps are brilliant anyway , but yup extreme tiredness was my main early pregnancy symptom with my dc.

Roman have you done any before and afters? I am gutted I didn't take pics at my lowest weigh last year. I think I have gained so much it hides my results from HIIT, but I was this weight before and think I probably am a half size smaller.

Purple that is strange about your speed - hopefully mapmyrun will be more accurate. It is very motivating, although I got so frustrated whenever it didn't log correctly.

I did Hiit chest and triceps yest, and legs today as my right arm has that problem still - twingey from my elbow to fingers. I found 3 bears or whatever it is called impossible even modifying!

Be careful with your arm poppy. I got a twinge in my shoulder and it only goes away if I rest it for a few days. Can you have a rest day then a legs day to give it a break?

Plink - it sounds so frustrating - you are handling this well. I’d be climbing the walls - I am not a patient person. Tiredness was my first pregnancy symptom (alongside permanent nausea)

I did before and after photos when I did t25 and max 30 the first time. It was pretty amazing when I saw the difference. You could do some again now poppy? I didn’t do the proper ones to get the beach body t shirt though.

Went onto the secret site to find Joel and Jericho and all the videos are missing Sad. Made do with warrior from p90x3 which I found very hard tonight. Am aiming for sub 2hr half mara plink - given that I only run 1x per week I think this would be a really good result.

Purple haha I'm really not -inside I am definitely climbing walls. I started getting cramps today and was convinced it was af. It's not, I don't think. I just really want to know either way 😂 though obvs I would prefer another mini Plink 😂 I'm not usually this tired even with toddler in tow so I'm hoping that's a good sign. Wanting to go to bed by like 9.30pm every night 🤣 rock n roll. That would be a brilliant result definitely!! How exciting! Fingers crossed you do it! Would you ever want to do a full one? Couldn't face a workout last night or today. I'm not going to beat myself up over it though. If I wasn't feeling so drained I would be shaming myself but that's not the case. I will do my best to do something tomorrow though... I will NOT become the beached whale I was last time!!!!

Yum no, I didn't take any 'before' photos and I would struggle to find any photos at all of me to use as a comparison. I am completely camera-shy due to being totally unphotogenic and my double chin looking hideous and one of the reasons I am losing weight is to get over that and make sure I have photos of me and my DC as it really upsets me that there are so few in existence Sad

Plink I agree that exhaustion is definitely a hint that you might be pregnant! I remember that bone-sapping exhaustion so well - when I was pg with DS2, there were some evenings where I would put CBeebies on for him after a day at work/nursery and DH would be away and I would fall asleep on the sofa for half an hour or so Blush not in any recommended parenting manual of a 18 month old toddler Blush but I could not help myself. I was fortunate that he did not come to any harm which is actually a surprise considering what a mischievous child he was Wink

Purple how annoying about the videos. Maybe they are working their way through the secret site or maybe they are just targeting Joel's workouts Confused It was probably only ever a matter of time Sad

Managed the legs/Hiit workout on Sunday - it was brutal! I had clearly blocked that one out of my mind from last time. But on the plus side, I did manage 30 seconds of triple bears without modifying on each of the 3 rounds. Yum I am sure my knees are significantly higher than 2 inches off the floor but I figure it is work in progress. In fact, towards the end of the third round, DH decided to inform me that my bum was sticking up too much - there may have been a few expletives thrown his way at that point Grin

I can completely sympathise re photos. I am really not photogenic so a bit of a lost cause regardless of size. I love taking photos of my kids but not so much myself. There are some nicer pics when I am slimmer so fingers crossed you will feel more confident to be in the family pics now you have lost so much weight. There are hardly any photos of me with the kids when they were toddlers but now I am trying to just get in there and smile and delete the dodgy photos!

Plink def don't feel bad for not working out, just do what you can.

Purple thanks, I am going to take your advice. I am trying to not use my phone/laptop too much in addition to dropping weights for a bit. Will do a stretch later and something non weights tomorrow,

To be honest guys, I'm feeling a bit naff. I'm still feeling tired and awful. My af came so I guess I'm not pg. Feel like crying really but there's no point in doing so. Just... sad. But we can keep trying and DH and I will enjoy the practise I'm sure 😂😂😂 silver lining and all that...
Feel a bit silly for having gotten so excited and jumped the gun...

No workout tonight 😔 back to it once I've mustered myself up a bit 😊
