Thought I would start a new thread as we have literally run out of room on the last one Grin

Haha glad you like them Yum 😂 it's pretty unique. Everyone looked at me like I was mad when I said it 😂😂

PlinkPlink · 26/10/2018 12:38

Did Cardio 2 nights ago. Rest day yesterday. Tonight it's Lower Workout and possibly the Abs one but I don't usually do two workouts in one day. See how it goes.

Knees are still getting stronger. Can really feel it. I'm making sure I really take my time with them and starting to increase reps now 😄

Need to get back on the IF. Scales are creeping up. It's always the first 2 days that are the hardest, I find it so hard to resist the night time snacks 🙈 But I'm saying it here now to give me some extra motivation. No snacks tonight. Just water or green tea. No snacks!

Purpleraindeer · 26/10/2018 16:29

Stay strong on the eating plink. Normally I’d say I’d join you and we could tough out the first 2 days together but I’m going on holiday today so I don’t think it is realistic.

Can’t remember when I last posted but I’ve done triometrics and the challenge in the last 2 days. Dh also challenged me to do 25 press ups without stopping so I did. He was Shock

PlinkPlink · 27/10/2018 22:29

Ooh hope you have had a lovely first day Purple where are you off to?

Well, I did have a post workout snack but that was it. I did both workouts in the end... Lower Focus and Ab Intervals. I was bloody shattered by the end 😂😂 no workouts for the weekend now. I've earnt my rest 😂

How have you all been doing?

Purpleraindeer · 28/10/2018 18:06

Enjoy the rest plink. Is ab intervals on t25? I have no weights this week so cardio only. Did speed 2.0 tonight. Yay! Maybe I’ll give lower focus a go too.

Eating is out of control (but in a holiday type way!).

Hi to everyone else too!

Roman I didn’t realise you had lost soooo much weight. I knew it was a lot, but I hadn’t realised how much. Have you had to buy yourself all new clothes?

Reastiepeace · 28/10/2018 18:17

Thank you for your lovely comments and even yumy having a phantom period in my honour! I’m not doing so well, have been sobbing a lot as feeling so so sick so much. I went into this that I couod cope if I couod get the hard drugs this time. I have the hard drugs but it doesn’t feel any easier than last time. I don’t know if I can do this. I thought the drugs would help more than they are and I’m barely 6 weeks. I’ve been signed off work indefinitely and haven’t been able to look after dd all half term, I can’t tell you how terrible I feel. Working out is a distant dream and I’m having to eat food I hate because it’s all I can manage. My tummy feels so unhappy with me for all the junk.

Theromanempire · 28/10/2018 18:27

Oh my gosh reastie I'm so sorry you are feeling so bad ☹ it does sound awful and probably feels never ending at the moment...but it will end and be worth it 🤞 just take each day as it comes, ear whatever you can/fancy...diet and exercise can wait!

purple if you have access to the secret site, then any of 80DO cardio core workouts are excellent cardio workouts that dont require weights. Hope you enjoy your holiday!

plink you really sound like you are enjoying T25 and throwing yourself into it!

Not much going on here exercise wise Blush not enough time/laziness! Diet not 100% either. I really need to get back on track as I will not slide back into old habits and end up back where I was!

purple Yer Ab Intervals 😄 I love holiday eating. I go totally overboard with it but I enjoy the gluttony while it lasts 😂😂 it's nice to not be conscious of it for a week. Couple of.years ago, DP and I went to Mallorca on AI. Boy did we take advantage of that one 😂😂😂

Oh god Reastie you poor thing. Just an awful, awful feeling. I hate feeling sick anyway, as in, will go to great lengths to not be sick, almost afraid of it. And I remember feeling pretty miserable. Sounds like you've got it very bad. My GP saying "Well, it's good in a way as it means the hormone levels are strong, which means a strong and resilient baby in the womb"... I raised an eyebrow at the time and begged her to give me anything to help 😂 can't remember what it was called now... really hope they kick in soon Reastie. Have you tried all the useless other stuff... ginger (this ended up making me feel nauseous in the end) etc.? From what I remember the only thing that soothed it was pretty much continuous snacking 🙄

Incidentally, my body has joined in on the phantom period chennanigans. I'm 3 days late atm. I'm regular like clockwork. Did a test but it was neg. So I'll wait until the 7 days mark. Was feeling very nauseous yesterday though and a bit crampy today so we'll see. It could be the exercise? Never had that happen before though 🤔🤔 last time I was late with a period... well... Was because of DS 😂😂😂

Yeah definitely Roman 😂😂 jump right back on it!! You can do it! Is there anything you've got that's super easy to cook? Frozen chicken in the freezer, Some frozen veg... I'm a big fan of mushy peas atm. Super tasty, low in calories, good micronutrients. I'll whack it in with a bit of fish and hey Presto, delicious food. I find my eating gets worse when our cupboards start getting a bit bare 😂😂😂

Reastiepeace · 29/10/2018 14:34

Thank you for the sympathies. Plink fwiw I actually have quite bad emetophobia so this is an actual nightmare for me. My new normal is spending most of the day lying on the sofa. Usually this would feel indulgent but I’d give a lot to feel normal! I miss being able to do BA so much, it feels like a lifetime ago already.

Reastiepeace · 29/10/2018 18:59

Ohhh, I’ve made it to a finalise in mn Halloween nn competition. If you fancy cheering me up and voting for me here’s the link

PlinkPlink · 29/10/2018 19:45

Won't let me vote Reastie. Don't know why? Doesn't even give me a button to press to vote... or did I do it just by clicking your link? 😂

Purpleraindeer · 29/10/2018 20:17

Reastie that sounds awful. I had bad morning sickness (puking multiple times per day until 25 weeks) but nothing like you have. It felt endless feeling so ill. I wanted to punch anyone who said anything about pregnancy being a beautiful time as it really isn’t for many people.

Did a super hilly run today. I do this one a lot when we’re on hols (we always come to the same place) and managed to run all the hills so felt good about that. Now sitting down to undo all my good work with wine, chocolate and cheese Smile

yumyumpoppycat · 29/10/2018 21:18

Reastie that sounds really awful, I'm so sorry the medication isn't having a bigger impact Flowers {hug}

Here is a link to vote for Reastie your favourite {coughs} Reastie
www.mumsnet.com/Polls/halloween-name-change-2018

Enjoy your hols Purple, and very well earned wine and chocs!

Roman - you can do it. Even maintaining now for a while will be fantastic, and actually maintaining is harder than losing. I am right back where I started weight-wise and really pissed off with myself, but I am fighting losing battle with hunger hormones I think.

Oooh Plink! Surely not more phantom pregnancy shenanigans! I know this isn't the case for me as haven't lost weight or been exercising enough, but exercise can affect cycle esp if you suddenly lose a lot of body fat, think it happened to someone who used to post on here. Exciting if you are pregnant though Grin

Had dd's birthday and halloween party this weekend and fell behind with workouts over the weekend. Hopefully on it tomorrow.

yumyumpoppycat · 29/10/2018 21:19

scratch that - linking doesn't work. Plink, search Halloween names 2018 and that brings up a page with a button to select your favourite name.

yumyumpoppycat · 29/10/2018 21:19

I think this page has the link that works www.mumsnet.com/Talk/site_stuff/3398116-AaahhwoooooOOOOooOOOOo-its-the-Halloween-name-change-spooktacular

PlinkPlink · 29/10/2018 22:29

Haha thanks yum the link worked for me so Reastie you're all voted for 😂😂 fingers crossed eh?

Purple I'm slightly envious of your mental mettle there... hills make me run away from them 🤣🤣 they're great for cardio I know but I just can't. My head isn't able to get past the fact I'm going up a massive hill 😂😂 so well done!! Well deserved treats tonight!

Yum I know... weird right? Well still no sign of it today. I'm feeling the worst I've felt in ages though that could be down to my terrible nights sleep. Nauseous, frequent trips to the loo, exhausted, achey and a bit teary for no reason. I don't know what we'd do if we had another one on the way. I didn't go back to work after DS. I know DP would take on extra hours, bless his heart, but I like to pay my way as much as possible. Struggling to see how I'd do that with no Maternity Pay 😂😂😂 ah well, I'm getting ahead of myself. We'll jump that hurdle when we come to it. Trying not to get too excited just in case it's nothing 😂😂

Gotta love any excuse for a piss up a good Halloween party! 😂😂

Reastiepeace · 30/10/2018 07:29

Thanks, there seems to be an issue with the voting as it keeps going weird, must be those Halloween gremlins! Felt so desperately bad yesterday I considered asking for an abortion, this is awful.

Purpleraindeer · 30/10/2018 07:55

I voted for you reastie. Fingers crossed. Sorry you feel so awful. I’ve been trying to think of suggestions for you but I don’t have any Sad. Have you tried posting on the pregnancy board if only for solidarity.

Plink - that’s exciting!

yumyumpoppycat · 30/10/2018 09:27

Reastie Sad that sounds really awful, are there any support groups on here? Take it one day at a time sounds a crap thing to say but I guess that is all you can do for now, hope your dp is looking after you x

yumyumpoppycat · 30/10/2018 09:38

PS Reastie you need all the friends and support possible right now if we help in any way do still post here too.

PlinkPlink · 30/10/2018 10:22

Oh Reaatie you poor thing... God, I feel so sad for you. Maybe speak to your GP again? See if there's anything else they can do?

What about eating? Do you find eating helps.stave it off at all or is it just constant? Sad

Haha thanks Purple it's like the longest waiting game ever though 😂

Reastiepeace · 30/10/2018 11:12

Thank you lovely ladies, I went back to my gp in floods of tears this morning, she is getting advice about what I can do or if I should see a specialist.

yumyumpoppycat · 30/10/2018 21:46

Reastie fingers crossed your GP can find something helpful, at least she is trying to come up with options to help.

Plink you are being so patient not doing another test!

I did legs from week 4 HIIT. Ideally I will try and do all 4 of this weeks workouts too. I am a bit confused how can I be on week 5 already. It was super hard but no weights which was good as I wasn't in the mood for it.

PlinkPlink · 31/10/2018 17:53

Any more news Reastie ?

Yum well done on your workout! Bet you felt good getting it done despite not being in the mood.

Well I wasn't patient 😂😂😂 unfortunately the tests DP got were from our local corner shop and cost £1.69. Real value for money there Hmm anyway, he's off to co-op in a bit for some Clearblue ones. That's what worked last time. 6 days late now... pretty sure it is a baby but I don't want to be so certain that I look a numpty when it turns out to be too low body fat or something 🤔🤔

Reastiepeace · 31/10/2018 18:19

No news plink, still sobbing on the sofa suffering for most of my life atm :( have increased my medication for evenings when it’s really bad (to make it within the pg guidelines still but higher than gp gave me doseage for) which is touch wood really making it a little more bearable. 6 days late? Are you usually late? Keep us updated
