Dragged my tired little legs out to Parkrun this morning, it was hard work 
We did downhill sprints yesterday at running club and my legs are feeling it today. Thankfully one of my good friends was doing Parkrun today so we kept each other going, not a PB but not an awful time. Especially as our Parkrun has a 400ft plus elevation gain
so it’s a hard run.
I’m on 42 miles now, so think I’m going to take a couple of days off, needing the rest, might cycle with the kids tomorrow if it’s a niceish day.
