How is the thigh muscle? What do you think happened?
Can I be nosy and ask what weights you use for your Jillian workouts? I'm wondering if I need to up mine. Especially for deadlifts - using 5kg dumbbells for those at the mo but suspect I use more kilos. Think I need more of a range of weights.
Planning a 7km run today.

I have 1kg and 3kg Dumbbells. I use both (depending on the exercise I'm doing).

Yes 1 and 3kg is what I have and normally use. Borrow DH's 5kg for deadlifts.

8km run today. Need to do some weights/strength but hard with DCs on hols so running while they have their sports lessons

Do you include the warm up and cool down in your times, Oubliette?

Yes. But I always round down to the nearest 5 min, so probably not all of the warm up/cool down time actually gets counted.

Wow! 1 day left only. Will be sure to check in tomorrow to congratulate you! What's your plan for next year? Would like to join you but not sure if I can go by hours or days as I'm a bit more as and when (although try to exercise most days).

On skiing hol now for a week. Still feeling a bit like a whale from all the Christmas food so making a concerted effort to eat healthily while we're away.
