I've been lurking and following your thread - did try to join in at one point but I'm not always good at posting - and you do inspire me. Planning to do a run tomorrow morning. Will report back if I manage to do it!

Well I did manage a 7km run today so pleased with that.

Good on you for doing NMTZ. I have it but I find it quite long... but I do feel sore in all the right places afterwards! What other Jillian workouts do you do and like?

I did BFBM this morning - I figured I'd better do some cardio to balance out NMTZ (which is predominantly strength).

I think NMTZ is my favourite Jillian DVD, but I also really like BFBM and 6W6P. I have others too - I'm currently working my way reluctantly through 30DS.

Another 7km run. Didn't plan on that, wanted to do a DVD but it was impossible in the house.

I haven't done BFBM but I like killer arms and back, killer butt and thighs, extreme shed and shred and a new one with various 10 minutes workouts.

Might do my arms tomorrow as it's all been about legs the last couple of days.

A rest day today which I very much enjoyed! Legs still a bit sore/tired from all the running.

Plan for tomorrow is Killer Arms and back, L3 first thing in the morning.

I has a rest day yesterday. It always seems harder exercising the day afterwards. I found sufficient motivation to do 30DS L3D3 & 6W6P L2D3

5km run and then a dance class (good abs workout)
Tomorrow might be a forced rest day as short of time

How do you feel after such a committed exercise program?

I was going to be lazy and just do 30DS L3D5. But I managed to persuade myself to keep going and do 6W6P L2D5 as well

I feel like regular exercise has become part of my life. I managed my 2016 target of 300 days last year (never again - it nearly killed my), and I did at least half of 2015 too. I suppose I need to start thinking about a 2018 target...

Rest day yesterday (Christmas party). A slightly improvised session this evening. My right thigh muscle is very tight and sore, so I focused on abs and core by doing 6W6P L1 and half of NMTZ.
