probably because I did my usual trick of buying a size 10 despite the fact I know in my soul I'm more of a 12 I got make up all over them too so I'll just have to drop a dress size instead of returning them.
Can you make your own circuit purple ? So do something like 1 minute burpees, jumping jacks, high knees, squat jumps and lunges, then repeat a few times? Apologies if you're super fit and that's an insult to you because you're more used to doing push ups using just one finger.
I haven't posted in a while, but I'm still T25ing, up to week 4 now. I've been eating badly this past 2 weeks though. But NO MORE! Tomorrow I'm going to start the quitting sugar programme again (I did it for 8 weeks earlier this year) and continue T25, maybe with a couple of yoga / pilates sessions thrown in too. I'm starting a new job soon which is 3km away, so I plan to walk at least 1 way every day (bus the other way, or walking if it's not too hot / cold / rainy / windy)
