OK I can't cut carbs and calories and also double train at the same time. It's still pretty hot here too, airless. However necessity forced me up aweight at the Kettlebell class, I'm now onto 26kg for some things. I may have seen stars at one point.

Random I wish I was lighter so I could do pull ups!

OublietteBravo · 30/05/2017 19:16

I hate cutting calories/carbs RJ - my primary motivation for exercising is not having to diet much.

Still humid here too. Just done 30DS L2D4 & 6W6P L2D2.

Me too usually oub. I've changed my body shape on the last 8 months by working hard. In a couple of years I should look great ... but I know I'll pack on weight on two weeks AI and I could look a bit better for going so it's short term surely I can do a few weeks?

As soon as I start all I think about is food though and I've had a crashing headache last two days 😟

randomsabreuse · 31/05/2017 07:32

I am not light - 80.4kg and 163 cm at the moment although a size 12 at worst.

I try to limit junk rather than low carb and it sort of works. Trying not to totally embarrass myself at Total Warrior hence needing to get some upper body strength relative to my size!

OublietteBravo · 31/05/2017 19:19

Back to basics and my normal DVD: NMTZ.

OublietteBravo · 01/06/2017 18:45

Ive just done 30DS L2D5 & 6W6P L1D2.5. I'm now going to undo all my good work by going out for dinner Grin

Rest day yesterday thank goodness. Missedhalf of metafit cos I got held up st work so 15 minutes of it then I had booked an hours pt with the guy I do Thai and conditioning stuff with, except he gave me 90 minutes cos he had a spare half hour. Dying. May never move again.

Back from holiday today: I've managed a couple of Ballet Beautiful sessions while we've been away, and a lot of walking, so it could be worse. Off again tomorrow for a family event, so I'm not going to fit much in till next week.

LordPeterWimsey · 01/06/2017 21:40

RJ, hope you manage to resurrect yourself soon!

Just managed morning 4.6km "run" yesterday. Will try to do weights later today (DH half day so some chance!)

I find it much easier to fit in running because I have to plan/book it in because it's outside. Other stuff should be easier because I don't need cover but somehow never happens - to be fair it's not easy doing sit ups with a nearly 2 year old sat on your head...

RJnomore1 · 02/06/2017 15:50

Hold them above your head as you sit up to really work your core muscles random? If they wriggle about even better 😉

Did my Sunday MMA circuits today as my bodybuilding pt is away and I have a run on Sunday.

randomsabreuse · 02/06/2017 16:17

Given how pathetic I am at sit ups that will never happen Grin

OublietteBravo · 02/06/2017 18:18

Hooray - it is the weekend. Sonia can have a rest day tomorrow.

Cardio for me this evening: BFBM

RJnomore1 · 03/06/2017 14:31

Would it be madness to take the trx on holiday with me?

randomsabreuse · 03/06/2017 18:42

Depends on layout - do you have a suitable door? I plan to take resistance bands next time as they're light and small.

I accidentally did 21km run today. Parkrun then ran home. Was supposed to be 12 miles but misjudged distance. Can still walk...

RJnomore1 · 03/06/2017 18:55

Week 1 is on a boat so probably not - week 2 is an apartment so I think so? It won't take up much space.

21k - that's a half marathon!!

randomsabreuse · 03/06/2017 20:43

Realised that after I finished - was planning a 12 miler as my last long run and miscalculated/stuffed up navigation when I realised I could run back from parkrun to do it. Proved I can do it now though!

TooStressyForMyOwnGood · 03/06/2017 22:41

Wow random, well done!

5k run today. Ankle hurt from the first step so a bit miserable. Have iced it well tonight.

Half term here so if I get out tomorrow I'll have exercised twice this week which is ok for me in school holidays.

RJ, I guess if you have room and if won't wreck where you are staying then take it!

TooStressyForMyOwnGood · 04/06/2017 12:34

5k run today. Mainly on gravel / sand path so ankle was happier.

RJnomore1 · 04/06/2017 16:46

Ran the 3k attached to the women's 10K in Glasgow today

Very very slowly!

OublietteBravo · 05/06/2017 18:28

Wow - some pretty impressive exercising over the weekend. It puts me to shame. I had a planned rest day on Saturday and an unplanned rest day yesterday.

Back on it today: 30DS L2D6 & 6W6P L1D3
