Killer Buns and Thighs L1 done today, plus 10 mins on the hula hoop...managed to walk a fairly brisk miles during work as well, which is a bonus.

Hello all, didn't post but did a gentle 30 day shred level 2 on Tues. Will try to find time to do something tomorrow. Next week probably a bit of a write off as well as I am on a course all week.

6 Week 6 Pack L1 plus 10 mins hula hoop. I think I prefer that one to Killer Abs L1, it feels like it's doing more for me.

Oub I'm well on target, I worked it out, really pleased. I do have a two week AI holiday booked for end of June so although I will take training clothes abdxgood intentions I need to get ahead because we all know very little s happening those two weeks 😳

Delicious, Killer Abs L2 is by far the best workout on that DVD: L1 is a bit undemanding if you're reasonably fit, and L3 has some really tough moves that are quite discouraging unless you're very strong.

Complete fail here this week: work went mad and I've been crawling home late with a pounding tension headache every evening. Hoping to get something done tonight / over the weekend, and get back on the bike next week if work calms down a bit.

Upper body weights with my pt. really enjoyed it today. Will be sore tomorrow though - lots of flyes included.

Happy weekend indeed, so ready for it. I'm really trying to control my calorie intake for the next two weeks to try and fit into this bloody dress, and weekends are usually my downfall, so we shall see...

Killer Arms and Back L1 today...I quite like this one, Jillian doesn't hang about so it's done quite quickly with no messing about.

Happy weekend, everyone! Shakily climbing back on the wagon after a work week from hell: I've just cycled a brisk three miles and done the calisthenics and Pilates workouts from 10-minute Body Transformations. The Pilates one is really good - Jillian doesn't really do it herself but has found someone excellent to model the advanced version of the moves. When I had time and disposable income I used to go to Pilates classes twice a week, and one day I will again.

Had to take dd2 somewhere bang in the middle of my Thai Xmas times today so just went and played in the gym. I have managed to borrow a 24kg Kettlebell and I'm happy to report I can swing, clean, jerk and push press it. Got a bit to go to get to 6 or 12 minute sets but if I can do 10 each side I'm on the way...

Finished up with a bench press pb too. Happy days. Now settled on couch with jumbo crisps and blue bloods on tv.

Hi everyone. With work, school holidays and family visits I've had very little official exercise, but I've been dragging the kids out geocashing (them cycling/scooting/whinging about walking, me walking/jogging/cajoling/trying not to scream) and doing some core work. Checking in to make myself go for a run tomorrow.

Extreme Shed and Shred L2 today, and then a bit of a walk this afternoon. Went for a jog yesterday instead of Jillian, and fared better than DP (who has only just started to exercise again after a few months of nothing), which is something.

I took measurement today, my thighs are bigger than before I did Body Revolution, which I'm not too happy about!

I went back to my original Jillian Michaels DVD today. I've decided to work my way through 30DS again.

Just done 30DS L1 (and half of 6W6P L2 to increase the workout time to a reasonable amount).
