Come and join us in our attempt to do 30 min exercise as often as possible.

Set yourself a target (e.g. 5 days a week, 20 days a month, etc.). Any kind of exercise counts: walking, running, swimming, cycling, dancing - or any other activity that expends energy.

Thanks for shiny new thread Oub, will placemark. 6k run today. New exercise clothes definitely make it more tolerable Grin.
