Juneathon 2016 - anyone want to join us?

Basic premis: try to do 30 min exercise every day in June.

Any kind of exercise: walking, running, swimming, climbing, dancing, circuits - the choice is yours!

From experience, every day can be a bit much. So feel free to join in even if you don't think you can manage this. Last year I aimed for 5 days per week, which worked well for me.

Evil abs circuit is never on my early morning to do list.

I didn't get out for a run but I did 3.5hrs of digging in and edging a new flower bed instead.

The sports centre beside us just unveiled a new class schedule so I decided to try the circuits class tonight. Holy god.

A god awful 20mins on the treadmill. I hate it so much I couldn't bear to do anymore. Lovely 16yo next door is coming in for an hour tomorrow afternoon so can get out for a plod. Ds will be thrilled, he's totally in love with her Smile

Hope the room sorting went well. I'm trying to move my home office into the box room. Unfortunately I can't find anywhere else in the house to dump all the crap.

I had a bit of a blip. My parents/sister were staying and it disrupted my routine.

I've also just noticed that it is properly dark here. I miss light evenings and the clocks haven't even changed yet

I know, the dark evening come in so quickly when the kids go back to school. I had the fire lighting at the weekend, which makes it even harder to get out for a run!

I did a body tone circuits class tonight. I had sweat literally dripping off me, which is disgusting has never happened before. Expecting pain tomorrow!

I finished off September with 6W6P L1. I'm a little behind on my target for 2016. I need to average 26 days a month to get to 300 days. Hopefully still attainable.

I am almost immobile oubliette Blush I was counting it up today, I think I did about 200 squats and 100 lunges with a light barbell. I only got about 3 hours sleep last night which hasn't helped me feel less sorry for myself. I'll go for a plod tomorrow which will hopefully shake me out a bit.

No doubt you'll crush your target. You're invincible! 💪
