Re what next, am feeling the need for some weights and some JM, so will probably do a week or two of 30DS/RI30. But, think I will also keep some PiYo going. Having been a bit "meh" about it, I now think it might be responsible for the change in body shape (which is what I've been saying for ages I want to achieve: slim and tone lower body, and tone all over, but without necessarily losing any weight overall). Which is v exciting!
I also have Hip hop abs now, so will get into that at some point, although I have a suspicion I will need to mix it up with some less fun / more unpleasant! 
Good work on the run purple and well done for signing up to the 10k - good goal to train for.
spooky ikwym re running with a partner - I used to (before it started hurting my knee) go running with my DBro, and it was astonishing how much I was able to push myself (mostly through fear of embarrassing myself / slowing him down etc... classic "little sis wants to keep up with big bro" stuff
) compared to running on my own!
