Fuck me Jackster, your photos is incredible (in and of itself, but especially when you compare it to your "before" photo on the previous thread) - that's amazeballs! Oh and good idea to put the height on - I am 5'3.

And Purple you have lost 2 stone! Can we see some before and after pics too please??

How did I miss how amazingly everyone has done - we are such an advert for Beach Body!

Hold on, I was looking at Purple's Before photo on the previous thread, not yours Jackster! Not to say you don't look amazing, because you do, but you don't actually have a before photo for me to go mad about! My bad!

So now I REALLY want to see you after photo Purple...

Grin Boobz I was Confused for a moment there! (I did post a pic a couple of months back, but it was more or less the same as today's... I have no real "before" pics).

Yes indeed purple's weightloss is most impressive - would love to see photos too!

OMG girls!!! Boobz, that was such a brilliant idea to do stats! I cannot believe how much weight everybody has lost, especially you Purple! Bet your work colleagues won't recognise you!

(Completed T25 Alpha and Beta 3 week break with virus)
current Regime: in week 3 of 4 week T25/piyo Hybrid
Goal weight: 140lbs (63.5 kg)
Fitness goal: 1 full pushup on toes, c25k, learn kettlebell swings (when I buy one!), complete piyo workouts comfortably, steady straight leg v sit- lots of other stuff!
Body fat currently 37.6 according to online calculator ;/

Cardio power and resistance done. Am enjoying the only-40-min work outs of Insanity Month 1 - nice way to ease back into it!

Well I am knackered! Did ten mile walk last night. Enjoyed and not too achey but very sleepy tired! Rest day today I think and back on it tomorrow. My stats;
Starting weight: 134.5 lbs (Jan 2015 - although was 151.5 in August 2014!)
Current weight: 136lbs
Target weight: 133 lbs
Height 5 ft 4 (snap!)
Training: currently week 3 T25 Gamma and training for 3 Peaks. Done T25 alpha and beta X1
Goals: 5 full chest to floor push-ups
Lose an inch off stomach and waist
Get under 9 min mile
Reach 200 workouts (on 185 now)
Keep training 5 days a week - if I do that until August I will have done a year of regular exercise which is something I have never maintained before.

Cheers for that, it has been a while since I thought about some goals Grin!

Hello all! Thanks for the congrats on my weight loss. I had forgotten how much it was and now I think of it, I'm really amazed at myself - I never would have thought it was possible. It's expensive tho - I'm loving buying clothes again - no more stretchy maternity sacks or baggy jumpers for me!!
I'm no way as buff as jackster, but here are my photos taken this am after max power. The front on one was taken in my special 'ab mirror'. Squint at it and you'll see my abs!! Wink
Also poppy - you've done amazingly. You must feel really pleased too.

Have done PiYo define upper body today, and because it is very short and I had time, I added define lower body. I actually think I might be starting to get the hang of PiYo now! I am starting to feel my balance and flexibility improving which is v exciting! Dare I say it, I even sort of enjoyed the Warrior poses today! Shock

Well done Jackster! I am getting a wee bit more comfy with Piyo too! Strength intervals today the last 5 mins are hard but I def think its a workout I will be able to 'nail' one day.

I have done my P90X Shoulders and Arms, and Ab Ripper X this morning, to kick off my birthday. Am going to try to not eat much today as obviously all my calories are going to have to go toward the prosecco tonight at my party.

My DH's boss gave me a lovely Fendi headscarf - such a thoughtful gift! (Still have hair but think it will go as my head is so itchy!!)

Well you are all inspirational! Love the before and after photos and the photos in general! You have made me more determined to stop eating biscuits (DH keeps bringing them into the house - I have asked him to stop because if they are in the house they will be eaten) and to look fit and fab for summer. I was doing so well and I have definitely slid back into bad habits since Easter. Not exercise wise though thanks to continued motivation on here!

So I did JM killer buns and thighs level 1 today. Sorry Shaun but I fancied a change. Thought it would be a doddle after Gamma but I was wrong! It was a good workout. Now going to get nails done and a full body massage GrinGrinGrin

I have the same problem as you Sarah. If there is choc or biscuits in the house I eat it. Hence the Lindt truffles on my mfp all week! Went out with DH on thurs for a kid free lunch. The special on the menu was a 1kg (!) piece of steak to share. We ordered it and I assumed would need a doggy bag, but I ate my fair share, plus starter and pudding. What a pig! All these months of calorie counting have obv not reduced my eating capacity Grin

Did insanity max interval circuit this am as found it on Internet. It didn't feel great looking at the clock at 30mins and knowing there was 30 to go. the pace is slower than max30 and there are the long stretching sessions so I think that on balance insanity mth 2 is a bit harder but it's not like doing max 30 twice. I have also found the other mth 2 work outs so will try them over the next few weekends.

Well I take back all I said about PiYo yesterday. I sweated, grunted, wobbled, shook, and overbalanced my way through Drench today! Confused Hmm But week 3 completed yay!

Enjoy your celebrations Boobz. Will we get to see a photo of The Dress on?

Sarah I do like KB&T. Am looking forward to getting some JM back in my life once the current hybrid is over.

Purple well done - is that one a month 2 insanity? I haven't done any of the month 2 workouts (too scared!).

Am very jealous of you all on here, your photos and stats put me to shame as you are all so much slimmer and fitter than me. Can't post all my stats as I don't have any scales but I am 5ft 8 and a size 16-18. My short term goal is to be a size 14 but my ultimate aim is to get to a size 12. In terms of fitness goals, I would like to be able to do one non- modified press up and get through the plank sequence on core cardio without having to go on my knees. I also want to get my running back up again and do a 10k run at some point during the summer as my last one was October last year.

Went out with friends last night and had a 3-course meal and lots of Wine so not good. Just done Speed 2.0 and am planning on running tomorrow morning.

Really want to get piyo. Might purchase it next payday but I want to get through beta and at least a couple of weeks of gamma first.

I've had a lovely day. Spent first half of it playing with DS and also did Insanity Plyo Cardio, and then headed out shopping on my own. It was bliss! A bit of a naughty day food wise but hey, it's Saturday!

Sarah, I'm seriously jealous about full body massage! Lucky you!!!

And Purple, at least you know you hit your protein goal with all that steak on Thursday! Probably for the entire week, never mind one day! Lol

Jackster, it seems our goals with regards to toning up the lower body are very similar. I also need to work on lower abs, inner thighs and legs.
I was thinking of starting this alongside my normal workouts on Monday, fancy joining me? Everybody is welcome to join in too btw :)

I have another cold :/ using as excuse to eat and sleep, just got up to make lunch for everyone and a quick nosey on here! Going to skip drench this weekend and add it on at the end, plan to get back on with week 4 of piyo t25 hybrid either tomorrow or tue (working tomorrow and need to tidy before taking kids to school as my mum is looking after dc here).

Spooky I am really not slim but we are all in the same team anyway and our final before and after pics will be fab Grin Sounds like a fun night with your friends.

Good idea about squat challenge Fullsteam ... I think there is an easy version too!
