For all those doing any of Jillian Michaels' exercise programmes, welcome - the old thread is here if you want to check back.

Marking place for tomorrow which will be week 6 of Body Rev for me - nearly half way through!

Signing back in after a week off on a camping holiday. Did some walking though.
BFBM yesterday and used 1.5kg weights for all the punches. Will try and do NMTZ later today.
Trenzalor I like NMTZ too and if short of time I do the first 3 or 4 sections only.

Thank you for the ideas of how to use NMTZ. I think I will intersperse with the shorter work outs. I definitely like the lack of cardio!

Just done 6W6P and actually managed to drag my sorry torso reasonably high off the ground for some of the moves.

ImongenQuy I tried just pulling my lower abs in this time and it definitely helped. Pulling my belly button in seems to make me pull in my upper abs as well which just makes me want to hold my breath. I then go very red in the face and can feel actually feel my head begin to throb a bit....probably from the lack of oxygen Shock.

Checking in to say I'm starting a new thread here.

I previewed Body Rev workout 9 this evening and it is evil. It starts with "push-up jacks" (the bastard child of a push-up and a plank jack) and doesn't get any better from there. If I don't sign in to the new thread tomorrow you'll know it's killed me.
