30DS Level 2 Day 2

Wasn't in the mood. It is so hot and I am shattered but I've awarded myself a star for doing it and carrying on even though I found it hard and it hurt.

Mostly following Natalie though not quite as good as her of course Grin.

30DSL2D6 done after 2 rest days. Had to push myself into it, dieting is also starting to go out of the window Blush

In desperate need of motivation! Trying to convince myself that I will exercise every day in August!

I have also had two rest days due to serious lack of motivation and I really hear you on the diet going out of the window thing, too. Back on it today. Motivated by the fact that I have a wedding to attend Saturday and the only suitable dress options I have are pre pregnancy sized... They fit but I need all the shredding and toning I can get to pull it off...

Started L2 today a couple of days early. Oh my...

Final shred of July - 30DS L3D4. Level 3 is starting to seem (slightly) less evil. Can't believe I only have 6 more sessions to go.

Any recommendations for what to do next? I was considering either RI30 or 6W6P.

I did ripped in 30 after Shred and it was really good. It sort of picks up where Shred leaves you and then takes you even fkg further. In a good way of course. It was the program in which I really started noticing positive changes to my evil zones. Go on, someone else start a thread for August. itsfab how about you?

I need some motivation can you share your results. I'm on L1 day4. I bought the most delicious chocolate brownie to share with DH but ended up eating most of it. It was yummy.... ;-)

I managed to get back to it this evening, but I have to confess that a 10pm start for a shred session results in a rather tired workout...and now I can't sleep!

Anyhow, back after 2 days break from it due to evening meetings and work. So 30DSL3D2 is done, although still only at day 20 overall. And somehow today had absolutely no problems with doing the side abs work on my left side in circuit 3.

Must try to sleep now, kids will be up at 6.30 no doubt! Joy!
