Did L1 of of hard body for the first time last night, enjoyed it apart from the terrible DJ. Some good new moves in it, never tried weighted burpees before. 4 1/2 mile run this am and that's it for the day as I'm gaaaaing ahhhht Grin

Bobs Pure Strength today with mostly 5kg throughout. Not for the nasty serving biceps to the front and side though. After 40 minutes when I am getting to that point I have to swap down to 3kg temporarily!

Did BFBM yesterday for first time in ages.

Depressingly I have put on 4/5 lbs gradually by not watching my diet. Not eating loads but snacking a bit. Takes it's toll in the mid 40s! May have to do some proper low carbing in early December so I least enter the Xmas season at my fighting weight. So dull.

Never used it idkick. Am usually fairly stable at a 21 BMI and may go up or down by 3/4 pounds and that's it. Feel happy there and all my clothes fit. When I reach 22 then I feel the need to do something. Just to be really strict low carb for 2/3 days and I usually drop around 4 lbs. As long as i am careful about mindless snacking (6pm is the danger hour for that....) then I usually keep it off afterwards with sensible sting majority of the time and the occasional bit of cake! Will make sure I have some cold chicken/prawns in the fridge to nibble at 6pm, instead of cheese and biscuits.....

NMTZ today. Dd did first circuit with us using 1.5kg weights, and the first 20 mins of Bobs Pure Strength yesterday! I am aching today from upping the weights for that.

Bob's Pure Strength with 5kg! I need to lie down... Notyummy, 6pm is my danger time as well - I try to nibble on Twiglets, mini Quorn sausages or prawns, and ignore the cheese that calls my name every time I open the fridge.

Did Bob's Yoga on Sunday, and spent a fair part of the time just laughing to myself at how crap I am at some of the advanced stuff. Nothing yesterday as I had to get ready and out of the door mega early. Was planning on Ripped 4 today but AF arrived with a vengeance yesterday and have horrible pains. Should be a lot better tomorrow so plan is:
Wed - Ripped 4
Thurs - YI 2 or 6W6P 2
Fri - whichever one I don't do Thurs.

My triceps are only just recovering from the 5kg assault by Bob Knotty! Managed just a quick 35 min session on the cross trainer yesterday and about to go out for 5 mile run. Rest day tomorrow and then only time for something short on Thursday. Maybe one of Bobs workouts or a shred..? Will see.

Am in bits. L3 shred on Thursday (fine.) Bobs cardio rev with 7kg throughout except the 'fast light weights' section = sore thighs. Then park run this morning followed by L3 Ripped. Back feels rather dodgy.
Will be bobs yoga tomorrow in an attempt to slow down slightly an stretch out- still hard work though!

Wow lots of hardcore weights work going on!! Very impressive.

All 4 levels of RI30 done this week; pretty pleased to have kept up the exercise as it's been a shitty week with DS + school, plus now a puking DD into the mix Sad.

So who is starting the new thread then?!

Yesterday I did L1&2 of KBFF and all of Bob Harpers ripped core and this morning I did L1 of Hard Body and I'm a bit ruined! Supposed to be doing an insanity class tomorrow, whoops!
