Pace yourself, it's a marathon not a sprint!

This is a safe place to offload- don't be embarrassed about how you feel. No judgement here...

There are lovely people here with practical experience of some of the issues which crop up who'll share their hard won knowledge!

thigh or should I say norma? I dont think there is a way not to call the ambulance, what you could ideally have in place is a DNR. because basically if you dont call the ambo when whatever happens you know you will have to call hours/days later because of course you cant deal with the medical situation at home. IME, DM never wanted to go to hospital but the paramedics were fantastic every single time, in terms of getting her into A&E. And there's no way you can cope with a seriously ill/broken person at home.

We're going to need a new thread in a minute - is anyone clever enough to do it? (I had to phone vistaprint today because was struggling to upload mum's order of service which a very very lovely mn-er designed for me - I am too thick)
