Early Spring Clean : Anyone for a 400 pounds by Easter challenge?

Was listening to a radio programme the other day about making money from your old things and it made me realise how much stuff I've got 'waiting to go on eBay'.

Just wondered if anyone fancied a challenge to see how much we can each make from selling the unwanted stuff we have by Easter. I reckon I could get to about ?400 maybe?

We'd have to share our eBay names, and then keep a running total of everything we sell between now and 31st March?

For simplicity's sake I'd suggest we just tot up the totals invoiced (incl. P&P)rather than the net profit IYSWIM?
To include only unwanted items - not trading of new goods etc....

I thought if it became competitive it might spur me into action more !

Yes well known makes sell well but most of my stuff isn't good makes and sells. Mainly for the basic 99p but thats better than nothing.
Not sure any item is more popular than another. I think older childrens sells better than baby.
(I'm no expert though!)

ooo - got 5 watchers on both my bears now.....I just wish someone would start bidding on some of them - I hate it when they sit with no bidders for days......and yes I know the soonest one of mine closing has still got 2hrs 20 minutes left - I'm just being impatient LOL.

Have re-listed nearly all unsold items.
Want to add some new ones but am knackered now!
Will leave it until the weekend i think.

I think before 10.00/10.30 is late enough. i watch later but only because i'm always up late!

I've decided that by the end of July I want to be debt free so anything that I don't want or hasn't been used in the past 6 mths is going. Only problem is I don't seem to have much luck on ebay

wow - I'm really chuffed got my 2 teddy bears ending today - Harrods bear has 13 watchers, 4 bids but only up to £10.50 at the moment (hoping to get between £20-30 based on the same bear that's been sold a few times over the last 2/3 weeks). But the other bear which I only expected to get between £10-15 is up to £22.50

Panic panic panic !
I have 27 items ending tonight and nearly all have bids and I'm at work tomorrow ,didn't plan it very well about posting!

On the plus sides my bids are over £115 and I have already taken £90 from my paypal!

I wouldnt worry Nickie - I bought something last saturday off ebay and only got it on thursday -
Im going to add some new bits for sale this week - had a week off as found it all time consuming - especially all answering all the email questions from potential buyers!
