blametheparents - that's brilliant! I could also help you spend your PP balance, along with my own, on a gorgeous Playmobil mansion Grin!

Tortoise - I kept having that problem too. It's very annoying. I had to un-install it and re-install it about 4 times before I got it to work again. Now that the scheduling trick has been revealed here, I've been listing directly through ebay and don't see much benefit of using TL anymore.

iisbigmomma - your link takes me to my own selling page... good luck with your listings though!!

GruesomeShellChillingTortoise · 14/11/2010 21:46

Will try uninstalling it then. Assume my listings will be saved? Doesn't make much difference i guess. Had hoped i was saving time.

blametheparents · 14/11/2010 21:54

I My DD loves Playmobil.
I have convinced her She has asked for it for Xmas.
So I guess that's what some of it will be spent on.

iisbigmomma · 14/11/2010 21:57

mogs0 - thanks, first time trying a link, not surprised I messed it up lol!!
I'll try again, here goes fingers crossed

GruesomeShellChillingTortoise · 14/11/2010 22:29

Well, that didn't work! I give up for tonight. Will just have to manually list them on Ebay tomorrow.

mogs0 · 14/11/2010 22:30

Tort - I'm not sure that they were saved Sad. I ended up listing straight to ebay anyway so didn't help me for them to be saved.

blametheparents - I've wasted spent so much time this weekend drooling overresearching various PM bits and pieces that my brain hurts and I'm now gutted that I didn't spend £150 on a Mansion Hmm. I think I need to back away from ebay unless I'm there to sell! I know I'll wake up tomorrow and be very thankful that I didn't win any of the items I bid on.

iisbigmomma - link works now!!

mogs0 · 14/11/2010 22:31

Oh, poo. Sorry it didn't work Sad.

GruesomeShellChillingTortoise · 14/11/2010 22:41

I had everything backed up so listings were saved. Won't bother with it again i don't think. Wasted so much time adding items today. Will have to use the start time tip. Was worried it would take longer than uploading from TL! Lesson learnt lol! Grin

mogs0 · 14/11/2010 22:56

It does take a bit longer as you have to edit each listing individually but is not enough of a faff to put me off. Although, I did forget last week that I had items scheduled and didn't change it in time so had to pay the 6p per item Shock Grin!!

PurpleFrog · 15/11/2010 11:40

Ha - too late - I sold a Playmobil Victorian Mansion on eBay last year. I got £125 for it. It is definitely the most expensive thing I have ever sold on eBay. It was such a hassle trying to find all the bits, photographing each room and then dismantling it and packaging it.

If I had advertised it a couple of weeks earlier I would probably have got a bit more for it.

FrameyMcFrame · 15/11/2010 13:07

Hi all, hope the selling is going well.

I've made £75 so far and have some new items listed now here, still hoping to reach the magic £300 by Christmas. :)

blametheparents · 15/11/2010 14:13

Off to post my items later,
Buyer coming to pick up wardrobe at the weekend.

GruesomeShellChillingTortoise · 15/11/2010 19:42

I got a few items listed earlier. TL decided to start working!
My items
Will be trying to list a few more in a bit. Not expecting the jewellery to sell but worth a try. Grin

BuffDayKnickers0nMyHead · 15/11/2010 19:43

Decided to put some items on last night in a last ditch attempt to make some money before xmas.

lindalinda - yeah it works now Grin I was the same, took a while to figure it out.

buffdayknickers - good luck on the wee thomas tee, its so cute. We bought it on holiday and was left in the suitcase for ages so my wee dude never got the chance to wear it. Oh, love your name Wink

GruesomeShellChillingTortoise · 15/11/2010 22:54

lindalinda You could do with age/size in title plus the one item i clicked on didn't have the item specifics details filled in (don't know if other items have this info in or not). This info really helps your items come up in searches. Smile

DirtyMartini · 15/11/2010 22:56

Hello all. I've totally lost track of my total because I've spent a fair whack of it, including some on Playmobil Grin -- Mogs0 and Tortoise, have you seen the Ultimate Playmobil thread? Very calming...

Anyway. I think I was at around £200 before my current lot of listings, which are

here

I'm slightly spooked by the massive and constantly growing number of watchers on my very boring car seat footmuff. I think we're on 29 watchers and counting. It's a car seat footmuff fgs, there are loads on ebay, and mine isn't encrusted with diamonds or anything (well not that I've noticed). Not complaining though!

Wishing you all good luck :) ooh and well done blametheparents!

DirtyMartini · 15/11/2010 23:12

31 effing watchers now on that footmuff Hmm Hmm Hmm

DirtyMartini · 15/11/2010 23:13

sorry, I meant that last Hmm to be a :), lest the gods of eBay think I am ungrateful.

iisbigmomma · 16/11/2010 10:28

DirtyMartini - its strange what attracts people eh? I have a Columbia snowsuit in my listings and there have been 30 watchers since the 1st day, Shockcrazy!! Cant believe how high the bids are, thought I might get a £5, not that one is complaining Smile
