My wife as changed the locks on the house even though I am the sole owner and pay the mortgage not her is this allowed

He's said the bail conditions were lifted because the CPS decided not to proceed. Then he went to the house. I don't know who (if anybody) is in the right.

So what does her changing the locks have to do with seeing the kids? You take yourself somewhere else to stay, try to arrange a visit elsewhere with the kids. If she doesn't agree you seek legal advice.

No idea but how will I pay it back if she stays in there till the kids are 18 she will get legal aid too
