Are you totally delusional? You must have done something.

vodkaredbullgirl · 20/06/2024 22:11

Why would you want to force someone that doesn't want any contact with you to live with you?

Where are you proposing your child lives if you remove her? Are you claiming to be the primary carer?

MiriamMay · 20/06/2024 22:13

You are NOT the sole owner.

She is not being unreasonable to change the locks if it is to prevent herself being assaulted by her violent ex

Joke14 · 20/06/2024 22:14

we had an argument because she was texting other lads so I said call it day then she phoned her mum dad and they phoned police said I was threatening her which I didn’t I just said I don’t trust you . I was trying too leave the house but her dad phoned police said you ain’t going anywhere so I couldn’t get out.

You are not the sole owner. If you're married and it's the marital home, you're not the sole owner and this is part of your controlling abuse, clearly.

Joke14 · 20/06/2024 22:15

Do you want to sell your children's home out from under them?

BIWI · 20/06/2024 22:20

So you were arrested on the grounds of common assault. That isn't 'she said/I said'. What actually happened?

Joke14 · 20/06/2024 22:21

No there’s enough equity in the house to give her 60 percent me 40 percent that was my offer easy get us both three bedroom houses

That's right, you cannot sell it without her permission or a court order.

Joke14 · 20/06/2024 22:21

I feel sorry for you; been in a similar position. Speak to your lawyer. Good luck.

BIWI · 20/06/2024 22:22

So. What. Did. You. Actually. Do?

sprigatito · 20/06/2024 22:22

It sounds like you are going to need to go through the courts. I would probably see how your current legal issues play out first. In the meantime, have a bit of decency and leave her alone.

Joke14 · 20/06/2024 22:23

Told her I was going because she was cheating
