we had an argument because she was texting other lads so I said call it day then she phoned her mum dad and they phoned police said I was threatening her which I didn’t I just said I don’t trust you . I was trying too leave the house but her dad phoned police said you ain’t going anywhere so I couldn’t get out.

You are not the sole owner. If you're married and it's the marital home, you're not the sole owner and this is part of your controlling abuse, clearly.
