I see Judge Martin Nolan has given a 2 and a half year suspended sentence to a man who exposed himself to 4 young girls.

Those sorts of crimes are known as "gateway" crimes. The men who do those things often progress on to more serious sexual offences and rape. Gardai take it seriously and then people like Nolan come along and let him off the hook (basically) It's so disappointing that it's not treated as seriously as it should be.

He is an ex Garda himself.
He knows the time and effort that goes in to getting perpetrators suspects to court....

Judges seem to forget what it's like to live in the real world once they are appointed..

That judge shows all the signs of someone who hates women and children.
