To want to leave the UK

Am I the only one that wants to leave this country? My salary hasn’t increased more than 1% per year in the last 7 years… I hate that the UK voted Brexit… I read today the financial shocks of the autumn budget are worse than the 2008 crash?! Why aren’t we more angry?!!

We're thinking of moving to a poor country with not particularly great infrastructure or healthcare. But the cost of living is about 80% lower than the UK so we'll be able to afford private healthcare and a big house. Great weather all year round.

I am very tempted to move to Spain following a holiday there in the summer - we hired a villa and groceries & eating out were half the price of here!
For example, we got sirloin steaks in the supermarket for €2 and when out it was €0.90 for a cappuccino or coke

@Glitterybee Spain would be wonderful. Do you have an EU passport?

Where are you thinking ? Cape Verde offer a digital nomad visa.

@Beenalongwinter we're going to Asia, but for retirement. Aiming for 2030.

Here's a supermarket flyer from Quebec, Canada. As you can see, fruit and veg is cheap as it's harvest time.

These flyers only contain the specials, so anything not included in that flyer maybe overpriced ( and cheaper elsewhere, Walmart, for example)

Cauliflowers are $2.49, cheaper if you're a member

Where have you been the last 13 years? Chaos & havoc caused by tories and libdems. Do the names Cameron, May, Jognson, Truss call anything to mind? Yeah havoc, chaos, corruption, lies...but gosh labour will wreak havoc...dont think so...
