To be honest, I really wish we would have one, then we can deal with it. It’s the waiting that getting me down, not being able to plan anything in case things change and not knowing what we’ve got planned will go ahead.

There's no consensus in government, even less in the wider country. Even strict Nicola's measures aren't that draconian. I expect they will bring in some measures in January but timing is far from clear
