Is there no announcement today then?

I know there is an announcement on Sunday but I thought there had to be one today regarding lockdown? Watching the daily briefing but Boris isn't even doing it.

Not that many people will sit through the daily briefings. Most people are getting news alerts of headlines all day through their phone though.
