Sad MacDonalds is closing

They've announced theyll be closed by tomorrow night.
I feel sad for the thousands of staff but also for us thst we've lost another part of our lives, my DS loves MacDonalds, it's part of our aider routine and something tbsts just for us that it's gone now. Not even like we can go for one last happy meal

I hope the lovely staff can pick up work in the supermarkets

I rely on McDonald’s a LOT for drive thru coffee and drinks when DS having car nap. Selfishly this also makes me sad! But probably for the best

No they’re not. Just seated areas.

I'm pretty sure McDonalds can survive this and take government help to pay staff. Not bothered at all about "one last happy meal". They've taken over the bloody world!

I don't care. My son is tube fed and Maccies is one of the first foods he actively chose to ate. They were always kind too. One day he fell over it side on our way home, cue massive nosebleed so I picked him up (no mean feat) and took him and a double buggy full of babies back to maccies. Not only did they help sort him out, thry at he'd his whilst I washed him blood off, brown him a toy out the display and asked how he was next time I went in

I thought it was just the seating area too and drive thru is still open.

Good. They tried takeaway only and it was ridiculous. Still massive queues of people very close together. The staff needed protecting from this bloody virus.

Drive thru's are remaining open, you can still fill all your junk food needs OP!
