Brexit might have to be put on hold

Leafyhouse · 17/03/2020 14:38

Get your tin hat OP! Yes, but I'm sure they'll be telling us all that 'This is nothing compared to climate change' etc. once it all blows over.

WreckTangle95 · 17/03/2020 14:40

It's gotten me out of going to a party I was absolutely dreading this weekend

yatapina · 17/03/2020 14:44

I get 2 weeks of work fully paid 👍

Rosehip10 · 17/03/2020 14:48

Maybe some people will realise the implications when the apparatus of the state is dismantled. You can't just ramp it back up in weeks.

MaMisled · 17/03/2020 14:49

My fiercly independent, grown up DC need me again! They are city dwellers and are struggling to buy the basics, especially at times their working hours will allow. I'm so looking forward to delivering much needed supplies at the weekend! I haven't been properly able to "nurture " them for a few years!

balonzz · 17/03/2020 14:50

I'm watching some really good things on Netflix that I didn't know existed

scrappydappydoo · 17/03/2020 14:50

I don’t have to wear a bra for 12 weeks!

Bargebill19 · 17/03/2020 14:51

Roads are quieter.

NanSlayer · 17/03/2020 14:51

Spending time with Mum

thaaaafuck · 17/03/2020 14:54

Slimming world has closed so I can now get a takeaway tonight as no weigh in tomorrow Grin

feelingchange · 17/03/2020 14:54

Absolutely nothing to do with Coronavirus but I just wanted to share that the council finally filled in the 20 potholes in my street today 😂

PechaKucha · 17/03/2020 14:57

I had a double booking that I don’t need to deal with, because both have cancelled!

ForeverBubblegum · 17/03/2020 14:58

Can't get nappies, so 12 weeks in the house should be a great time to crack on with potty training DS

DataColour · 17/03/2020 14:59

@balonzz any recommendations on Netflix? Work has announced closure till further notice....!

HeartsTrumpDiamonds · 17/03/2020 15:07

Got my two absolutely lovely teenagers at home for 3 weeks with me. I’m not working at the moment (long story) so I sometimes get bored and lonely during the day.

Blibbyblobby · 17/03/2020 15:08

I discovered that contrary to what I've believed for at least 8 years' worth of ski trips, I'm not covered by my husband's travel policy. It was a bit gutting to not be covered for the cost of the lost holiday, but so much better than finding out in an actual medical emergency.

Son is unable to go off on slightly dangerous travelling

Starbuck8419 · 17/03/2020 15:09

My husband will finally have no excuse for not doing all the DIY jobs round the house when his school shuts. Sucker. 😂

Icanttakethiscrapanymore · 17/03/2020 15:15

My friend is going to look at a council house tomorrow that she was 2nd in line for. The first person is hesitant to move because of the virus. I’m keeping everything crossed for her because if anyone deserves a bit of luck it’s my lovely friend.
