He is flailing, desperate and increasingly unhinged. Weakening the USA, alienating allies and strengthening the enemies of democracy with every step.

How can he fix this?

I think he thought Iran would fold when they killed the Supreme Leader, I don’t think he thought past that.

The US very quickly showed their true colours. Starting off with 'we are trying to save the people of Iran' to 'we are going to unleash hell on you'

No false pretences anymore that this was in anyway out of concern for ordinary Iranians.

I see on the news Israel can’t even wait. They are like a kid in a candy store now.

Israel launched an attack on Iran’s largest petrochemical plant on Monday, a day ahead of Donald Trump’s deadline to start striking energy infrastructure unless Tehran agrees to a peace deal.
Israeli defence minister Israel Katz said the military had “just carried out a powerful strike on the largest petrochemical facility in Iran, located in Asaluyeh”, which is responsible for around half of the country’s petrochemical production.

Several explosions were reported around the complex in Asaluyeh earlier today, according to Iran’s Fars news agency.
Strikes on the gas field in March were deemed the biggest escalation of the war since it began, prompting Iranian retaliation against oil and gas infrastructure across the Gulf Arab states.’

Two petrochemical and energy facilities in Bahrain were hit by Iranian drones early Sunday, sparking fires at operational units and storage tanks.

Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC) confirmed that several of its units were affected. All fires have now been extinguished, and the situation is under control.

No casualties have been reported, while damage assessment teams are on site to evaluate the full impact.

Similarly, BAPCO Energies reported a fire at one of its storage facilities following a hostile drone strike. The fire was fully contained, with no injuries reported. Damages are under assessment.

Trump has now openly declared that hitting civilian sites in Iran is NOT a war crime.

I think the question posed earlier in the week 'who will stop this madman' is more pertinent than ever.

He is like a rabbit caught in the headlights. Going to war with Iran was severely miscalculated and now he wants out but is trapped.

“You know the war crime? The war crime is allowing Iran to have a nuclear weapon.”

That's his words. And he is the one that ripped up the JCPOA. The 2015 Iranian anti nuke deal. The deal Iran was adhering to.

He cannot. He went in with no justification, strategy or exit plan. He expected NATO to join in to justify his actions and they (rightly) did not as they are a defence collective, not an attack one.

And like Putin (the two are so similar it is not funny) he has kicked off a💩show he does not know how to end so has now resorted to chucking his toys out of the pram, blame everyone else, and dropping more bombs in Iran who in turn will drop bombs on anyone within reach. I think he thought this would be another Venezuela scenario which would fold quickly and he could reap the benefits of the oil rich country.

And lets not forget the only country to have used a nuclear weapon in war is America.

Accordioning to people with ties to the administration, this is the man who has cancelled the daily security briefing that every other president got for National Security because he didn't have the attention span.

November and the midterms can't come soon enough, he's in for a massive surprise as a growing number of his base won't vote. The Democrats are then free to impeach and his own words will convict him!

He won't 'fix it'. He only cares about one thing which is winning. He doesn't even need to win he just needs his brain dead MAGA maniacs to believe he won so they pound their chests and mindlessly chant 'USA! USA!'

The thing we should be worried about and what everyone should be worried about is how the wider 'allies' of the US are effected in the long term.

Kamala Harris would not have started a war, wouldn't have threatened to invade Greenland, wouldn't have alienated the their allies and NATO. She isn't mentioned in the Epstein files, she is not a convicted felon.

The fact he claimed she would start world war 3 and then started an illegal war to distract from the Epstein files and people are still defend him shows just how much they hate women in the states.

And Trump said today that the ordinary Iranians whom he originally claimed to help, don't mind if he bombs the essential infrastructure in their homeland. Is he such a narcissist to really believe that or are the American public more guillable than we think?
