Why kill Dr Marwan Sultan?

Just that, why kill one of the few (2) cardiologists and his WHOLE family? So much for the targeted attacks. Or shall we go with the current zionist theory that all of Gaza is a sleeper cell.
Israel needs to be held to account for the hell they have created.

Russian companies have already rightly been sanctioned by our governments

Well that would be some level of paranoia, I am just like most people saddened and very frustrated seeing international law being trashed and innocent civilians killed in a dystopian hell, normal human reaction. I am also horrified at the amount if posters on here trying to justify war crimes with misinformation and deflection

Me too. I had no interest in and very little knowledge of Israel until they started bombing civilians indiscriminately.

I think this has opened up the eyes of many people- after it all- it’s been all over social media.

In fact- it looks like social uproar has led the way with keeping spotlight on the Middle East and challenging the media to report.

Newspapers publish articles that attract clicks and even right wing newspapers are talking about the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

Yes because they invaded a sovreign democratic nation in Europe with absolutely no provocation whatsoever. The Russians have also been involved in all sorts of actions against our governments & democracies including meddling in elections etc. The situation is entirely different.

Well it’s some level of paranoia to think pro Israel supporters on MN are being controlled in some way yet I have seen the idea mentioned several times.

Yes similarly to how Israel has

OpenAI said in a report that the company operated a network that posted anti-Hamas and pro-Israel content across the web.

BBC News - Netanyahu is only obstacle to bringing hostages home, families say

Interesting article. So many here believe if Hamas surrender then the hostages will be brought home...seems the problem is actually Netanyahu.

Women attend a demonstration in Tel Aviv organised by the families of the Israeli hostages in Gaza.

Netanyahu is only obstacle to bringing hostages home, families say

Their intervention comes as US Secretary of State Marco Rubio arrives in Israel to meet the Israeli PM.

The problem is not just Netanyahu.

I can totally understand why the hostage families are angry he doesn’t just agree a ceasefire with Hamas to get their loved ones home.

But I can also understand the point that if he doesn’t destroy Hamas now, they may repeat 7/10 again in future and destroy other people’s families.

Also some families of hostages do not want Netanyahu to agree terms with Hamas that don’t include them disarming & leaving Gaza. Not all the families see the situation identically - not surprisingly.

@Twiglets1 i did not imply that you were being controlled but am just curious what you mean when you say “we” which you do very often

I wonder if the Israeli “covert operations” involve mumsnet!
Imagine this board is not worth their while infiltrating though 😂

The majority want the ceasefire - 74%
