I too thought gin's sailing hol sounded wonderful. My parents had a boat when we were younger and I really hated it - no room for poniez and too much in the way of "safety" tsk. But I think now I'm older I'd appreciate it much more... when I lived in Istanbul I toyed with the idea of spunking ALL the money I had on a wee boat I found for sale in a canal off the Bosphorus and sailing it around to Antalaya or something.
