oh my god, Tostaky huge congrats!!!!!

what a way to start the day

LeeWT · 23/07/2009 09:40

Congratulations tostaky!!! That cheered me up! Apple, some people say u should wait until u have one period before trying again so as ur body can recover and you can tell what ur dates are.. But that said I didn't try not to!

Think u need to look to the future to get yourself back on track.. Lots of babydust to you

tostaky congrats again when will u be due!? X

NancyPreg · 23/07/2009 10:14

Hey tostaky that was a cheeky way to announce your BFP!! Well done and many congratulations to you

Another graduate

NancyPreg · 23/07/2009 10:19

apples sorry to hear of your loss . How far along were you? There are quite a few passengers on this bus who have had at least one mc/mmc, so you are not alone by any stretch. I had a +ve pg test three weeks after my second ERPC so 10days may still show a +ve , which is a truly terrible thing to see but it will go -ve eventually and your body will return to normal again.

Are you able to take things easy this week?

Bettymum · 23/07/2009 10:20

tostaky big congratulations!!!

tostaky · 23/07/2009 10:21

well DP wanted me to test now, he said no point in waiting.. so i did and got a nice bfp!
Very happy!
thank you for your wishes and good luck to all!!

TeaFan · 23/07/2009 10:59

Congratuations Tostaky!!

Hopefully that will start us off on another roll...good luck to all those testing at the weekend [fingers crossed emoticon]

sweetkitty · 23/07/2009 17:29

Congratulations tostaky

Sorry to all those waiting after a mc or mmc to TTC again, I know from experience it sucks as all you want to be is pregnant again and when you are all you do is worry about the bean but then the magic 12 weeks passes and you feel them kicking and all is well, hang in there ladies

Well CD26 here am so expecting AF Saturday now, bet she doesn't turn up but I keep getting BFNs such is life. Have got pregnant first month of TTC last 3 times bet you it takes a while this time.

hoops997 · 23/07/2009 17:31

congratulations Tostaky hopefully will be my turn soon.......

JamieJay · 23/07/2009 18:46

Mega congrats Tostaky, sneaky way of telling us! Hopefully you will lead a charge of BFPs.

applesaretheonlyfruit sorry to hear your news, NancyPreg is right, there are sadly plenty of us on the bus who've had mc/mmc. If you don't want to wait you don't have to but you're DH is right, a mc takes it out of you so let yourself (and DH - it hit my DH very hard) be upset.

sweetkitty still time for a BFP, I didn't get a BFP last time until 2 days after AF due

Well, I'm just bumbling along with no idea of what's going on with my body, AF due a week tomorrow so will start again then. Looking forward to hearing of a few more BFP from you guys before the end of the month though

Mickbell · 23/07/2009 19:01

Hi everyone. I went for a blood test today for a full hormone profile and progesterone check. TTC for 7 months, am 25 and DH 27, am on Day23 of 28/29 day cycle, feeling sicky and extremely tired, I hope this month is the month, if I dont have to go for the Laparoscopy and Dye Test I will be so happy. Has anyone else experienced symptoms this early? or am I just over analysing things?

Mickbell · 23/07/2009 19:14

Can I be added to the pregnancy bus? i only noticed it there now! my stats are TTC#1 UCL28/29 CD23 Thanks so much. goodluck everyone!!!xox

macana · 23/07/2009 19:19

ok ladies, please bear with me because I really am trying with the abbreviations, but what is an ERPC??

I don't know first hand what it must feel like to miscarry, but it has happened to a couple of my best friends, and all I can say is that I do know the agony it causes. For all of you who have been through this I'm truly sorry, and hope you are the next on the bus to get pregnant!!

NancyPreg · 23/07/2009 20:09

sweetkitty perhaps it's still too early for you....so it's not over yet!

Mickbell I think it is possible to feel symptoms in the 2ww and it sounds as though you've already identified quite a few so far so you never know...this could be your bus!

macana an ERPC is the charming medical term that describes the 'Evacuation of Retained Products of Conception' the docs kept saying to me, 'I've just got some more product out' when they examined me manually before my D&C (which is the 'old' name for an ERPC) which wasn't particularly nice but there you go!

Mickbell · 23/07/2009 20:26

Its Cycle 7 BTW. Thanks for adding me as a passenger on the bus NancyPreg, goodluck everyone

Trying4Baby1 · 23/07/2009 20:38

NancyPreg thanks for the stats. Guess I'm just really impatient. Think that's going to end up being my catchphrase.

NancyPreg · 23/07/2009 20:44

Mickbell lucky number 7 huh?

Trying not all posters on MN agree but I find the eBay pg & OPK tests very good and very consistent...and also very cheap!

Mickbell · 23/07/2009 21:15

I really hope so NancyPreg... what do you think would be the earliest day to test? I really dont want to deal with a -hpt maybe i should wait

NancyPreg · 23/07/2009 21:53

I would recommend waiting until at least the day before af is due...or 13 dpo. Can you??!!

Ladylou83 · 23/07/2009 22:23

Congratulations Tostaky!!! Real confidence boost for me and surely for some others too.

Fingers crossed for everyone else!

Spirael · 24/07/2009 07:18

Congratulations, Tostaky! Hoping to see more BFPs from everyone else soon!

I can't believe how slow time seems to be running right at the moment. I get the feeling the next month is going to seem to take a very long time...

Oh well, at least it's nearly the weekend!

hoops997 · 24/07/2009 07:49

Well Good Morning Everyone......I just tested and GUESS WHAT......

BFP.......this is a lucky bus, it took about 3 minutes to come up up but there is no mistaking it

Congratulations Hoops it is a lucky bus that's for sure

sweetkitty · 24/07/2009 08:04

So CD27 here of a 27 cycle well it was but this is my first period since BFing and having DD3 so it's guesswork really but I have always had a clockwork cycle, the plan is if no AF by Sunday will splash out for a CBD.

OhBling · 24/07/2009 08:37

Congratulations Hoops! Fantastic news!

If my cycle IS 34 days (and that's a big if), this weekend is the weekend. Of course, with DH making plans left right and centre I am somewhat concerned where we're going to find time for any BD...!

It's first time out the box with any vague notion so am trying not to get too stressed about it.
