Hoping I can join! Very early stages of TTC baby #2. CD16 here so probably around ovulation but not tracking this month as we only decided to start trying again on Saturday this week (was originally planning next year).

Have a 2yo DS who was conceived the cycle after a chemical. Was quite quick first time round but have a weird feeling it might be more tricky this time around.

Anyway, nice to meet you all and wishing everyone lots of luck for December!

Period has arrived so officially on CD1! Start my letrozole again tomorrow 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Ooh that ratio is a good one! Looking like now's the time then. I find using OPKs quite tricky, mainly because I'm not great at being consistent with it and think I often end up missing my peak but... I think once you know around about the time that you tend to ovulate, having that ball park point in your cycle is probably good enough.

We'll see... easy for me to say now! I'll report back in 3 weeks time with whether that worked out or not for me this cycle! CD14 today...!

Hey all, checking in. 8DPO today on cycle 6 of trying for baby number 2. Tested this morning because I’m an idiot with no self control, obviously got a negative!! Keeping fingers crossed for testing later this week 🤞🏼

Checking in for December.
Currently CD13. Cycles are usually 31ish days with ovulation around CD19/20 so I’ve got a few more days before it’ll be my fertile window. My DH is away later this week with work so hoping I don’t ovulate early as I’ll miss our chance this month.

We had a missed miscarriage earlier this year, a chemical a couple of months before that and a devastating TFMR last year. It feels like I’m completing the worst possible TTC bingo card. We’re so ready for our rainbow now.

Thanks folks. I’m tentatively excited, but only CD25 / 10dpo max right now and conscious that I’ve just had back to back mc, cp and then an anovulatory cycle so I need to not get too carried away. Feel pretty rough, like I drank a bottle of wine last night (didn’t, obviously) which is a normal symptom for me when pregnant.

5DPO and time is moving so slowly, I've been trying to do something nice each day to help time go faster/just have something to look forward to. Todays was ordering some pregnancy tests. Can guarantee I'll end up using them before 14DPO though

Cycle 6 for me now TTC no 2, current cycle day 3. Hoping we can get out BFP by the end of 2025 🤞🏼💕

Ive had a weird good feeling the last few days and almost convinced myself something is happening - But im CD24 today and laying in bed now and feel a heavy belly and worried it’s AF! Just want to be one of the lucky ones now! 😢

coming over from the November group, which admittedly I did go a bit quiet on after my AF arrived as I was feeling down in the dumps. Exciting however that there were a fair few bfps!

Im 8dpo today, we managed sex a few times during fertile window BUT I was so unwell with the flu/cold during it that I don’t have high hopes. I also did not track bbt this month as I was unwell, then just continued not bothered and to be honest I’ve really enjoyed the break of over analysing my chart 😂

I don’t feel like I’m having any symptoms really, bit of backache this weekend but I put that down to my cough. I’m going to take a test tomorrow 🤞🏼 hoping for good news in December for us all ❤️

@Iris2024 I think you've summed it up perfectly with the "I just want to be one of the lucky ones now" its that feeling of always being the one that's left out isnt it! 😟

@Iris2024thank you for adding! I feel exactly the same. Just want to be the lucky one now. I haven't been as active on threads as it's now cycle 13 and it just feels like it won't ever happen. I've lost alot of hope and feeling quite negative each month so I just feel sick of myself to be honest 😂 xx

Hey all, I've lurked in a few threads since TTC no.2

Had a miscarriage in June, with 6 cycles since then but really this is the 4th cycle where timing has been spot on. Currently 3 DPO and feel more positive generally about the process, even if it's not a BFP this month. Wishing you all luck!

@Hopeful1994 I had started to buy pregnancy test and I could tell it was goimg to be a budget. I was quite happy when I bought a box of 50 ovulation tests with 20 pregnancy tests included, I just know I will test too much when my 2ww ends (in 8 days, time. Goes. So. Slowly 🙄)

@Taysonic sometimes siblings with bigger gaps are way closer than siblings with a few years gap. And each child has plenty of attention. Each situation has their pro and con!

@Biscuitbaby2218 1.74 is definitely great, I've never had such a high number! I'm crossing everything I have for you!

@Fullofconfusion so sorry to see everything you have been through! May the next time be the right one. How long is your husband leaving? You have a window of fertility so it might still be okay.

@LifeonMarss time is definitelly going slow. I am on day 6 and it feels like day 62 😁

Thank you! I’m having ovulation induction treatment, and it’s a tablet I’m taking to help stimulate my ovaries (I very rarely ovulate naturally.) Hoping it will work! X

@Allmywishcometruehe's only away 3 days thank goodness. Currently cd14 and usually ovulate cd19/20 and he’s only away 4 days so fingers crossed.

Lovely to read a bit of hope on here but I also hope you all know we're in this together. Totally safe space to express the negative feelings and cathartically express all the frustration and grief too.

Think I caught my LH peak yesterday. Definitely been active over fertile window so feeling positive. Very much hoping I'm not getting my hopes up too high. Why don't I ever learn?!

9dpo today and just took my first cheapie test - negative!

I did also have some bright red blood in my discharge this morning when I took the test (TMI!) which I would never usually get and definitely not at this stage in my cycle, really really hope it’s implantation bleeding. However, for around 9 months my cycles had always been around 29/30 days and I would be cycle day 28 today 😫 but for the last few cycles I’ve ovulated a little later and my period has been on day 33/34. So I think im just going to assume it’s AF on the way ❤️‍🩹Hope everybody is doing ok, I must say I find these communities really comforting as it just feels like such a lonely journey. I’d anybody on this thread trying for their first, like me? X

Fingers crossed you're not kept in limbo for much longer and find out soon whether it's a bit of implantation bleeding or AF is on its way... I find being in limbo the hardest bit! Even if it's AF, there gets a point where I'd rather just know.

I know @LuckyDuck93 is trying for her first. I can't remember who else... I'm trying for my second, although it would be my partner's first.

Jumping in again - still on cycle 3 TTC#1 carried over from last month, my body geared up to ovulate and then it didn’t happen, then finally few days ago got peak opk and BBT has now risen so I’m 1dpo now so officially in TWW, will try hold off testing until period due - my ovulation just seems so sensitive to the tiniest wee thing it’s annoying, small stressors or a trip abroad and it goes haywire

I’m 2 dpo today, I’m also feeling positive this month as I had a very high LH peak and managed to dtd to cover my fertile window perfectly ! I’m on one hand feeling positive but on the other trying to rein it in cause I don’t want to convince myself it’s going to be my month just to see af show up and get my own feelings hurt (again) 😂

Eek we sound VERY similar! I think the idea of having some good news to celebrate over Christmas is all too tempting too - I'm hyping myself up. BUT, I suppose if it doesn't happen, I can console myself with a glass of wine whilst cooking Christmas dinner and there'll be lots of lovely things happening to make me feel grateful for life just how it is right now.

@Allmywishcometrue Hi!💕 I think I read that you’ve just had an IUI, would this be your first time trying this? Also hope you don’t mine me asking, what lead you to try IUI?

Im currently learning and coming across all of these methods 😂
