Im trying to conceive at this ripe old age. Been 3 months so far. Period is due in 13days, praying it doesn't come🙏🏼🙈

@WingingitlifeI'm so so sorry, I know how heartbreaking it is. Let yourself feel it...we are all here. Yes I tried straight after mine, unfortunately 5 months later still crying. However my chemical was off the back of my 6 week loss and they do say you are more fertile after a miscarriage xx

So sorry @Wingingitlifeat least you know now and can move on. 🤗 I started trying straight away but didn’t fall pregnant for 3 months after. Be kind to yourself xx

Has anyone tried baby asprin in their TTC journey? I'm thinking of trying it this month as I've heard so many good things about reducing inflammation (which I have) and helping with implantation.

Hello @Wishingforfour how you're doing ok! I am cd32, 12dpo and hoping to test Wednesday if AF doesn't arrive, ladt cycle was 36 days but the 4 before were all 29 days. Really weird temperature fluctuations yesterday and today but think i slept badly/snored.

I have also heard about baby aspirin! Might look into it next cycle i think, i will also be contacting the gp as technically August will be cycle 6 (we didnt track or anything the first 2) so might get the ball rolling with fertility stuff.

@kittybway@WishingforfourI feel a bit more positive today. Last three days it it me hard and I’ve been randomly bursting into tears. But I also think that maybe it’s the hormones too as I’ve not had a proper period in years. I’ve booked an acupuncture session for next week too so I’m looking forward to that 😊

ive never taken aspirin but I have heard it’s supposed to help if you’ve experienced miscarriages before.

That sounds good @Wingingitlife iv never had acupuncture before! I need some form of stress relief thats not running so might look into it.

Iv been so emotional and had such a big cry last night after I did bedtime for my dd, but feeling better today. My temp dipped so much I was convinced af was coming but it's shot up today again so who knows

I am CD18. I ovulated 2 days ago. Trying to up my calories a little for the next two weeks.

Oh and baby aspirin… who takes it? I might consider this once I’ve seen my GP on Wednesday 🙏

Theyre pretty regular yeh, give or take a day. I ovulated so late this cycle - cd20 I think so prepared for a long one. Iv never bbt before so i couldn't guess how long my luteal phase ever is!

Let me know how acupuncture is @BabyBorn and @Wingingitlife ! Is it for relaxation/stress reliefe or hormonal balance?

Not that far off from me then @Kittybway my cycles are usually 27/28 days.

The acupuncture is supposed to relieve stress and help blood flow to the uterus and ovaries! We will see! I’m prepared to give most things a shot at the moment! Will let you know how it goes!

Iv just signed up to yoga so hopefully something for me to help me relax, I feel like I'm always on the go!

I do yoga and love it. I actually fell pregnant the first month I started it but it ended up being my latest miscarriage! It really helps focusing on something different and having that distraction. It’s usually when I fall pregnant. Just need to hold onto it this next time!! x

AF arrived this evening for me. My temp dropped today so not totally unexpected. Im feeling ok because I know i ovulated from tracking bbt so more information to use for next month

I was just thinking of everyone today..we are having a break ttc this month because DP is away the crucial week! So just going to relax a bit and do some thing for me.

I got a BFP this morning!!! I tested yesterday and thought I saw the faintest of shadows but I really wasn’t sure and it drove me crazy. Tested around half an hour ago and it’s much more clear and I didn’t have to squint!

Obviously going to have to try and stay positive, but it will prove difficult having had one chemical and 2 miscarriages in the space of 13 months. 😬 x

I know that I'll likely ovulate when DP is away but a tiny part of my hopes I might be late or early and we will have a shot! It's so hard to not think/hope about it!

a week until my ovulation as have 35 day cycles!
