@Gizmo1983 glad the bleeding has eased for you. When are you back for a scan?
I've got my meds. No idea what I'm doing with the menopur! 🙈 I'm on 225iu but have 1200 which is 5doses, is that right?
Estrogen is kicking my butt, have zero energy and can't stop yawning but not sleeping well. Stopping it on Monday as will have done 10 days then.

How are you getting on @lozzmax ?

@VenusStarr Thank you ❤️ I think now will most likely be my 12 week scan. I did have an intralipid-infusion today and I think they could tell I was quite anxious about everything, they do scans there and I had a little one today and was even able to have a little listen to the heartbeat. Hope you're OK ❤️ xxx

Hey @VenusStarr its settling fingers crossed just hope it stays that way. Hmm I’m due intralipids a week on Monday (8 weeks) on the paperwork I have it says I will only need a scan with mr shehata if I hadn’t had one with my ivf clinic which I will have but they are insisting I have one but that will be 4 scans in 2 weeks as j have one with the dr who will do my stitch the day after as well. Has anyone else had anything similar xxx

@HopefulH if u don’t mind me asking are you on 1 fragmin injection a day the consultant at the hospital has said he will keep me on them if I wish I just take one every 24 hours is that the same as you xxx

@Gizmo1983 could you change the date of your intralipids to after your stitch appointment? They might be more flexible as you'll have your scan report. I think they would want to check all was well before the intralipids but I completely get that it seems like a lot. Hope they're flexible with you.

I've decided not to take estrogen today, it's day 10. I feel like af is coming, so don't want it to be delayed. Hopefully it'll be here soon and I can get started 🙏

Thanks for asking after me @VenusStarr ☺️ All good here, about 18.5 weeks now - still feeling absolutely terrible, I'm sick in the night at least twice a week and I have no energy. Full time job and a 2 year old not really helping! But I'm feeling some kicks now which is so lovely and makes it all feel worth it.

Is anyone at CRP next Monday? I have my final appointment and intralipids x

I'm sorry you're feeling so rough @lozzmax I'm so pleased you're feeling kicks now 💕 are you on any meds still or just intralipids?

I'll likely be going down next week at some point but not sure of the date yet. I think @Gizmo1983 is there on Monday? X

Hi ladies sorry been AWOL just felt so dreadful I lay in bed not moving yesterday 🤦‍♀️
been for my ivf scan this morning measuring where we should be so I’ve been discharged from the ivf clinic which is pretty scary.
bleeding had settled but when probe hit my cervix it bled again 🤦‍♀️ they think I have a super sensitive cervix my poor cervix has had more holes in it that a sieve so may be that.
@lozzmax im at CRP 9am Monday all being well.
I’ve moved my appt with my cervical stitch dr to the week after he is so lovely and said it makes no difference and gives me another week between scans. Dare I even ask how much a scan costs 😬😬😬. Sorry you’re feeling so rough I’ve never really suffered morning sickness but the last couple of days even after the steroids I’ve felt so grim. Waiting to go in the ivf clinic I had to lie flat in the car and lick a pot of McDonald’s ketchup as I felt so ill and that’s the only thing I could face lol. It must be amazing to feel kicks
@VenusStarr sounds like you’ll be happy to have a break from the oestrogen. I was ok with that’s it’s the cyclogest I hate. Whatever hole I shove it up it upsets something all being well I’ll be on it till 34 weeks with having an incompetent cervix 😬😬😬.

it's cd1... eek, this is it. I'm booked Friday for a scan and I'll have to contact crp for intralipids. Starting injections tomorrow, got the lovely clexane to start tomorrow too. Feeling a bit excited to get going but I also know this is the last ever time/ chance for us, so it's a bit bittersweet really.
Going to sort all my meds later and do my plan. I've found my phone calendar helpful to remind me to take everything! X

Hey @VenusStarr woohoo i think the time goes really quick once cd 1 is here and all the meds start at least then you know you’re on the path. I’m so sorry remind me are you going for egg collection and fresh transfer or are you doing a FET Im still a bit of a ivf novice. Xxx

Kind of both @Gizmo1983 I'm doing stims and a collection with a plan for a day 3 transfer. So I have a day 3 frostie, but we may get a couple of embryos. So if they look OK at day 3, we'll transfer the best 1 or 2 (we're both up for 2 going back). Then see whatever happens the any / the rest. My day 3 is a 7 cell, grade 2. But my history this year is none made it to a good blast, or didn't progress beyond day 3/4. So not planning on having any frozen.

@VenusStarr totally agree with what you say. My 1st cycle we got 4 eggs all fertilized, 2 made it to 5 days and we pgt tested and we had no euploids just one segmental mosaic. So we went for a 2nd cycle and only looked like 1 follicle so the cycle was abandoned. Hopefully this mosaic will stick and we are done but I’m a realist and if we decided to go again I would just get the eggs and any that fertilised bang up to 3 back in and hope for the best .
i thought I was all sorted with CRP clinic and scans they e mailed today to remind me that there is a compulsory 10 week scan, I had totally missed this it’s even more complicated as I was going to try get my 12 week intralipids and scan in the 11th week as I will be getting my cervical stitch in my 12th week. I know my husband is going to be so cross with me I only have my self to blame as I was just going with Intralipid dates so missed this one I’m really dreading telling him and only have myself to blame 😢 it wouldn’t be so bad iif it wasn’t so far 😢😢😢

@Gizmo1983 I would just give them a call and see if you can line up scans with intralipids, they're usually pretty good about it and try to be flexible with dates.

What are you going in for on Monday? Cn you tie a scan and intralipids together? My appointment is at 10.30 x

Had some more spotting today when I wiped so that has put me in tailspin again, made me feel like not eating much. I did get told that the progesterone can make you spot.
I can't remember if I said, similar happened last Monday and was seen in epau, had a scan there last Friday and all was well, did mention something about a cervical etropcian.
Did have my intralipid-infusion on Saturday and whilst there got upset as at times I do feel anxious, they were really lovely and gave me a quick scan to help, had a little listen to the heartbeat and everything looked like it should. Trying to keep calm girls, but it's so hard. Xx

Aw @Gizmo1983 it's not your fault 🩷 does hour dh have to go with you to crp? I know it's a trek for you. I don't know how much scans are with them actually. Hopefully there's a way to bring the 2 together for you, like @lozzmax said.

Is anyone participating in baby loss awareness wave of light tonight? I usually do but not sure I'm feeling it this year. And ignoring the irony of my period starting today to begin my last ever chance at having a baby 🫠 dh I'd at work as well. But I feel bad if I don't do anything 😕 x

Hi @Rainbowsunshine81 i wonder if the probe from the scan irritates your cervix this is what seems to be happening to me the nurse in the clinic said it happens a lot still makes me feel like crap though.
@lozzmax @VenusStarr I have my 8 week scan and intralipids together on Monday my problem is going to be going back in just 2 weeks for a scan to go back in another week for another scan and intralipids as I will get my stitch in the 12th week and won’t be able to travel for a good week after that. Hubby won’t let me drive it alone nor would I want to and don’t fancy public transport as don’t fancy all the germs plus it costs a fortune. I think best plan is to discuss it down there on Monday and come up with a plan xxx
when we had the funeral I bought 2 soft toys one in the coffin and one sits and looks at our bed so I think I’ll lie in bed and look up at the toy for a little bit and think. My chemicals and blighted ovum I don’t really think about that much ( totally a personal decision).

@Gizmo1983 I wonder if it could be that, just when you think you can start to calm down, as soon as you see more spotting it starts all over again. I know when I had the scan she did say that I could have more spotting, just want it to stop and hopefully it will when I don't have to have the progesterone. The intraplids last for four weeks and I don't know whether to have one more or not.

@VenusStarr I've still got it lit, will leave it for a while longer.

Sadly I found out yesterday that I’ve had another miscarriage. I went for a scan and there was no heartbeat. They think it stopped in the past few days. The sac is very large which is apparently indicative of chromosomal issues and a predictor of miscarriage, so probably not anything immune related. I’ll go back for another scan to confirm and then figure out how to move forward.

I’ll go back to lurking for a bit. Wishing all of you all the best

@Rainbowsunshine81 I'm sorry, I missed your post yesterday about spotting, how is it today? I hope you're doing ok.
I left my candle burning until dh got home. It was quite comforting in the end.

@Gizmo1983 how are you today? Hope you're feeling less rough.

Can I just have an 'argh' moment. Trying to organise intralipids for next week and one of the team at crp is so frustratingly anal about things! Dr S said he was quite flexible about when I have them as long as I do but she was like it has to be 7-10 days before (it was actually in bold on my email 🫠) transfer. Then she said I don't know if your bloods are up to date (they are, I sent them in before I saw Dr S last week). Grr.

I've sorted it now but blimey. If anyone is there on Thursday next week, around lunchtime, let me know! Xx
