I've noticed a lot of us TTC number 2 and struggling after getting pregnant fairly easily with number 1!
Thought I'd start a thread so we can all support each other 💕💕

Hi,
I know this thread is a few months old, but I’ve just come across it as I’m heading into cycle 8 of TTC baby 2, after conceiving my first (who’s now aged 3, almost 4) on month two.
I am feeling hopeless about it all and worried it will just never happen.
Wondered how you are all doing now?
It was reassuring to read back over these old posts and see many of you finally get your BFPs.
I’m 32 so I know I have time on my side but find it hard not to think negatively. Trying acupuncture this month and hope at the very least that might reduce my anxiety.
Would be great to hear from the OPs about how you’re doing and also anyone else currently in the same boat too.

Hi @HopefulForBabyTwo I'm right there with you... Am in month 9 now of TTC no 2 after no 1 came along super easily. We've had one MC and one MMC resulting in surgery so far this year... It's mega tough. So just wanted to reach out as someone in the same boat. My inbox is always open. Crossing fingers for both of us to have some luck soon xxx

I am on cycle #3 of trying for baby nr 2.

Currently on pregnacare, vitamin D, B complex , inositol, and husband on vitamin B and Wellman Conception vitamins.

Going to try Preseed this cycle as I’ve seen a lot of positive comments about it on Mumsnet.

Testing ovulation with Clear Blue digital. It is very expensive, so I think I might use it this month so I have 3 months worth of data, but then either just have sex every other day during the fertile window Flo app suggests, or buy the cheap strips.

Finding it all very sad and hard, as 1st took 1 cycle, so I’m coming to terms that it is a “journey”.

Hey @LoulouM12 and @MyGardenDaisies. I have so much sympathy with you both, it’s a rough old ride that I never expected myself to be on!
@LoulouM12 I’m really sorry to hear about your miscarriages too, hope you’re ok.
I went for acupuncture last week, and even though I’m not sure I’m convinced about it really working, I found it really relaxing and the woman who did it was kind of like a therapist. Since that appointment I’ve definitely spent less time consumed with thoughts about TTC. On the downside, think this is my ovulation window and I’ve currently got the flu! So think this month is a write off.
