I went to reply and you were right, the thread was full so I couldnt post a link to a new thread, also, because it's a new thread it wont give me a prediction to tag when I type a name, so I have just copied and paste the names off of everyone who posted on the very last page of the thread, I hope anyone else can find it OK. Sorry, maybe there is an easier better way... if anyone else can remember extra names and spellings, please tag 🙂

@samilicious it's funny you say that as I wondered if it could be false. The night before I used a cheapie which was negative yet the following morning when I started spotting I used the frer which gave that line, surely the cheapie would've picked it up too especially since it was before the bleeding?

Just did another frer there to check and it was negative although after 8 mins it looked as though there was maybe vvvfl but the cheapie again was negative. I assume there's no way to know now if it really always a CP? Bleeding has almost stopped and it only lasted two days.

Does epu even count CPs a thing? I'm not sure if I should be contacting anyone or just write it off as unknown. I'm just worried it could happen again. I always thought that chemical pregnancies gave a positive result and then it would be a week later or so you'd start bleeding but that doesn't seem to have happened at all with me which is why I'm really confused. Sorry about the rambling.

samilicious · 27/03/2024 13:53

@jellyfish2 don't worry, not rambling! It's a confusing one to have to muddle through.
Maybe give them a call just to see? Another thing on your record to give you more reassurance support in future if nothing else. And might make you feel better now

Confusedandtired90 · 27/03/2024 13:56

:@samilicious that's good to know - it doesn't feel like it's a pregnancy. All v strange! Suspect that AF will come in a few days and put me out of my misery

jellyfish2 · 27/03/2024 16:14

@samilicious epu phoned me back, she said it did sound like a chemical pregnancy but she couldn't give me any more than that and thought it was a strange I hadn't bled for very long. I asked if the surgery will have affected things but she said no. They don't count it as a MC as I haven't been seen for it to be confirmed. I might wait until my next period comes before TTC again. So frustrating as thatll be almost 6 months since I got my first positive with my MMC pregnancy. Id hoped for a closer age gap and it's getting further and further away.

ThelastRolo20 · 27/03/2024 18:30

@UrsulaSings123 not an ideal break. Miscarriage was late Jan and we're on hols in April so figured it was best to wait - I wanted to give the next chance as good a chance as possible so taking vitamins, exercising again, and I figured a rest was well deserved. But it has been hard I won't lie! Counting down the days 😂😂

@jellyfish2 I'm so sorry it's a fainter line/ CP - maybe register it with your GP so you can get the support you need x

jellyfish2 · 27/03/2024 18:48

@ThelastRolo20 thanks. Are you TTC April or may? I might skip April to give my body a rest.

ThelastRolo20 · 27/03/2024 19:00

@jellyfish2 It is tough having a break but I do think after back to back miscarriages it's been the right thing to do ❤️

My period will start mid April (16-18th) so my first ovulation will be around 1st May or so - not sure if it therefore counts as an April or may cycle? 🤷🏻

jellyfish2 · 27/03/2024 19:39

@ThelastRolo20 so you'll be in the May TWW 😊 hopefully that's our month!

UrsulaSings123 · 27/03/2024 19:47

@jellyfish2 this is how I feel about the age gap. My son is 3 1/2 now. Really didn't want a big age gap.

@ThelastRolo20 ahh I see that makes sense. I hope you feel more ready to start again when you do.

jellyfish2 · 27/03/2024 20:21

@UrsulaSings123 it probably seems trivial to others not in our position but I suppose that's in an ideal world we'd like set age gaps. I just want a healthy baby now but kind of wish we'd just gone for it sooner. Didn't take into account the possibility of miscarriages. It's rubbish.

ThelastRolo20 · 27/03/2024 21:26

@jellyfish2 I hope so too 🤞🏻🤞🏻 hoping I have a nice relaxed egg after holiday 😂

jellyfish2 · 27/03/2024 21:40

ThelastRolo20 · 27/03/2024 21:26

@jellyfish2 I hope so too 🤞🏻🤞🏻 hoping I have a nice relaxed egg after holiday 😂

I just had a vision of a little egg with sunglasses on patiently waiting for the sperm 😂

ThelastRolo20 · 27/03/2024 21:44

It's going to be the most chilled fallopian tube 😂 loungers and sunglasses for all.

How are you doing? It's been quite the week for you x

samilicious · 27/03/2024 22:13

@UrsulaSings123 hahaha! Oh nooo! We've all been there xD

@Confusedandtired90 it was so similar to implantation for me before which is what made me excited, then deflated. Did you say AF is in full swing now or still a chance?

@jellyfish2 that's so annoying they won't even count it. Sooo many women have MCs without contacting anyone. Rolo's idea about contacting your gp is a good shout for support.

I know what you guys mean about the age gap. How old is your other DC @jellyfish2 ? My DD is almost 3. My TFMR would have meant me having a 9 month old by now. It's so distant in my mind it doesn't seem like it ever really happened

@ThelastRolo20 chilling and getting ready for some serious action xD what is your usual schedule like for previous conceptions? Do you do SMEP or more relaxed?

My DH is getting ready for those sperm tests, so has to basically do SMEP until then although I'm still actively "trying not trying". Trying not to work out / remember my CD but deffo in the fertile bit now 😬 body's going crazy, noticing way more stuff. Does anyone else crave choc a lil bit around ovulation time? New thing for me last 5 months or so

jellyfish2 · 27/03/2024 22:21

@ThelastRolo20 I'm actually doing ok thanks. I spoke with my DP about everything and he's in agreement we should wait for my period as my body maybe just isn't quite ready yet. We've been lucky that falling pregnant doesn't seem to be the issue so hopefully after another month things will sort itself out ☝️

@samilicious I'm sorry you had a TFMR that must've been such a difficult thing to go through. My DS is almost 3 aswell so had my pregnancy progressed there would've been just over 3 years of an age difference which is what I'd hoped for. It just wasn't meant to be sadly.

Confusedandtired90 · 27/03/2024 22:25

@samilicious not in full flow still just browny / pink on wiping. I’ve never had this before but the fact that it’s been going on for so long makes me think that if anything it’s a chemical? I wish there was a magic button that could just tell you the day after ovulation whether it’s going to work that month or not!

TTC after loss is even more maddening cos I feel like you second guess yourself and symptom watch even harder.

i definitely crave sweeter things around ovulation. Weirdly for me I think it’s something that’s happened post MC. So many things have changed since then with my cycle!

UrsulaSings123 · 27/03/2024 22:29

@samilicious I'd never heard of SMEP until you just mentioned it. Might try that this month. We get so worn out DTD all the time during the fertile period. Gone are the days when we used to DTD every day because we wanted to haha. Although actually my partner still wants to for the rest of the month as well usually, but I often can't be bothered! Just so tired all the time!

GoldDustWoman90 · 28/03/2024 06:55

Back here again ladies. Just woken up to bleeding at 4+3.

God I hate this.

UrsulaSings123 · 28/03/2024 07:23

@GoldDustWoman90 sorry that you're experiencing this and to see you back here 😢

jellyfish2 · 28/03/2024 07:24

@GoldDustWoman90 I'm so sorry 😔

Bugdem123 · 28/03/2024 07:24

I'm actually laughing out loud at the idea of a wee egg wearing sunglasses on a lounger just waiting in the fallopian tube 😂.

@jellyfish2 what a rough week it's been for you. I had a terrible indent on a FRER last year on my first month of trying - to this day I'm not sure if it was a positive and I had a chemical or if it was an indent, but it was so upsetting! I hope you're doing okay 🩷

@samilicious it's funny how we're all different as during ovulation my appetite goes right down but then in my literal phase I physically can't stop eating 🫠. It's definitely a shift in mindset not tracking but I do think it'll be the best for me in the long run.

I'm around 6DPOish I think. I'm trying not to symptom spot but tbh there actually isn't anything to spot. Very glad it's time for a 4 day weekend, I'll be dragging myself through work today!

UrsulaSings123 · 28/03/2024 09:09

@Bugdem123 I'm massively symptom spotting and it's doing my head in. Can anyone please tell me where the switch is to my uncontrollable brain thinking things I don't want to think! My other half said last night just don't think about it... LOL. I'm going to do a frer tomorrow morning.

ThelastRolo20 · 28/03/2024 09:16

@UrsulaSings123 everything crossed it's a positive! how many DPO will you be?
@jellyfish2 I seem to be the same, I get pregnant without too much hassle (so far) it's just getting the right one!
@samilicious pre MCs we didn't track as I had regular cycles and I got pregnant with my daughter, I then tracked for baby 2 and that clearly hasn't worked out so I'm going back to not tracking :D
@GoldDustWoman90 I'm so sorry - this journey is ridiculously hard at times x

Bugdem123 · 28/03/2024 09:34

@GoldDustWoman90 I'm so sorry, I completely missed your message when I replied earlier. How utterly shit, I'm so sorry x

jellyfish2 · 28/03/2024 10:26

@Bugdem123 I hope this is your month!
@ThelastRolo20 how old is your daughter? It just consumes your life doesn't it. I don't know if you're the same and were hoping for a certain age gap - I think that adds to the disappointment.
