I caved. It's a bit fat arsing negative! Oh jeez it's so stressful. I know I'm still only 11DPO - and it could still be a positive in a few days but I feel it's unlikely and AF will make her unwelcome appearance over the weekend.

@Ella31 well since the MC I've had every symptom going and it feels like they go on for the best part of a week leading up to AF- so I've been so hopeful and then so disappointed each time. Had cramps, nausea, weird taste in mouth, sore hips, etc etc.

With my 3 living children al pregnancies I didn't know about til more like 6 weeks, and never tracked cycles or had to try at all! I am approaching 41 now though so age is against me!!

@TeapotRo you're more than welcome to join but sorry to see you here also. I'm glad despite complications all went well, I'm 2.5 weeks post surgery.

I totally understand the need to immediately try again, there's no medical reason not to so if that's what you decide go for it! That's what I did after my first MC but I fell pregnant the cycle after my next period (which didn't work out but was a lot earlier so must have just been a chromosome issue).

@RaisingCornishWildlings ah sorry about the BFN, our bodies really do make us think we're pregnant with the symptoms sometimes don't they!

Oh ladies 12dpo - bfn. No sign of period either. But I'm so anxious. I'm now on cycle day 37 - I've never had a cycle this long. All its doing is making me worry about my fertility.

Oh @Ella31 I'm sorry that's so rubbish. Hopefully it's just hormones levelling out for you 🤞🤞

It's just the most awful and stressful time TTC- and throwing in losses and heartache makes it even more unbearable

@Ella31 it's so easy to worry but this is so within the realms of normal ❤️ maybe speak to your GP to get some reassurance/ a plan if it continues not to show.

Failing that, plan something nice this weekend and go out in white trousers...it'll show then 😂

Haha definitely, the weirdest thing is I've had cramps for 4 days, pink cm 4 day ago and sore boobs.

I'm booked in to see the gp at 12.

I really hope you are right. I think I was just so shocked last month when it appeared back for the first time only 9 days after ovulation so this month it seems to be taking the pi## out of me🤣

Like I definitely have been very anxious this month. So maybe that's a factor

@TeapotRo I'm so sorry. Sending lots of love to you. Sounds like you had a tough time in surgery too. Really surprised by memory box and teddy! That's so nice and hope it helped to be a little comforting in a horrible situation.

I think they say to wait until your first period for dating purposes really more than anything. Just give yourself time to grieve and see when you feel ready. Xxxx

Welcome to the new ladies… really sorry to hear about your miscarriages 🥺 this group is really super helpful for the support.

In terms of my miscarriages, they’ve all been different in terms of time before I’ve tested negative and my period has arrived (as early as 3 weeks when I miscarried at 13 weeks and 6/7 weeks when I had a 6 week MC) and completely random in relation to the gestation.

Im 13 days DPO and BFN, but I didn’t expect to be this month tbh as my cycles are wild atm!

Could you ring the hospital and ask for a point of contact - you deserve aftercare after your loss. As for trying again. Mu own experience after a mc is I got pregnant with twins straight after and I did carry them to 29 weeks - that loss was completely separate to mc, it was very bad luck. So see how you feel and obviously see how you are physically.

Just wanted to give you that bit of hope and I'm so sorry for your loss. Your precious baby is always with you xx

Just in doctors ladies, going to request a hgt blood test. She'll probably think I'm crazy but I'm getting constant very very faint lines on clear blue within 3 mins that aren't progressing for the last 4 days. Late period I think and pms symtoms as well pink discharge a few days ago.

I'm literally practicing how to explain this to her in my head 🤣

@Ella31 hopefully you can get some answers, do you think there could be a chance you're pregnant?

I went to get checked if everything passed and they said there’s just a little bit left probably the lining didn’t shed all the way and they kept me in and gave methergine injection. Can I just say hospital food is disgusting.

Only slightly, due to my spotting and no sign of period. The blood test will hopefully clear things up.

Hi all, just joining you on this thread 😊
I had a 10 week loss towards the end of last year. I am trying to track ovulation, but it shows no sign of happening.
Feeling very fed up. I desperately want to be pregnant. I am surrounded by pregnant ladies at work & in my personal life, and today I just feel like screaming & shouting! Life isn’t fair.

@Ella31 There wasn’t really that much that passed after the injection but they did another ultrasound and everything looks good. I decided to wait a cycle or two and then ttc again.

So ladies I think Af arrived. However I ended up having a smear test today as I haven't had one in 4 years. So came home and I'm bleeding but it has gotten heavier. I'm thinking this is af. God if I wasn't confused already

@Ella31 how did you get on at the doctors?. How long do you have to wait for results.

@Figtree11 you have joint a good group because we often feel like that. I had a bad few days beginning of week. So upset down fed up and stressed with it all. I too am surrounded by pregnsnt people. However I feel better now so you bad days will soon pass too. Atleast it's friday so you can have a big glass of wine or a big bar of choc and make yaself feel a little better x
