Hey! I was just about to do the same, well done @4LeafCloverBaby

and I'm sorry that AF is here @Lowrilawson Yeah at least you know for sure, onto the next cycle, we all know how you feel though love, and it is really disappointing ! xx

@CharliP33 it is disappointing and I find it really hard not to let it get to me and worry about my fertility! xx

Brill, thanks so much @4LeafCloverBaby ! I was hoping to continue and see how you’re all getting on! Fingers crossed for a few more BFPs. Sending you all so many positive vibes and best of luck. Sorry to those for whom AF has arrived, onwards to the next month.
@Lowrilawson hace you considered doing a Hertility test for peace of mind? I did one a few months ago and they were really good. Very accessible to all and the results were really detailed. If it did flag anything up you could go to GP/specialist armed with that. And if everything seems ok hopefully it will put your mind at rest xx

@Butterfly391 I have thought about going I just thought to try until 6 months so at least I can say I've been trying for a while. @Babno3 thank you Hunny how are you feeling today? x

Butterfly391 · 16/01/2024 11:01

@Lowrilawson Hertility is a company who do them through the post. They send you a kit and you do a blood test then post it back to them. Just thought might be easier than seeing a professional just yet. However, of course 5 months isn’t too long! Sending you so much love and luck for this next cycle ❤️

Thanks @4LeafCloverBaby for the new thread!

I'm currently in the waiting phase while the bleeding stops from my chemical. Today is officially CD3. We've talked about it and neither of us was to wait longer to try again due to our ages, but at the same time I feel horribly guilty. It feels bit like trying to sweep the last pregnancy under the rug or like moving on too quickly. At the same time, we haven't got time to waste. I'm also terrified that we'll just keep having multiple losses and no baby to hold.

I expected this period to be really heavy, but it's actually so light. It was horribly painful before the bleeding started, and then hardly any blood. Only really there when I wipe and seems more watery than bloody. Sorry for the TMI, this whole journey just seems to be an endless pathway of questions and confusion.

@Butterfly391 oh wow I didn't know they did that, I will definitely check that out. I had a hormone test done when I was still on the pill and my progesterone was low but they said it could be from the pill! Thank you for that information! X

@KittyFantastica I’m sorry you’re going through this shitty time. Chemicals & early miscarriage are such a common thing, even more so in ladies over 30. It’s shit & I can’t imagine the pain & confusion you are feeling as I haven’t been through it myself…but I’m sure it’s coming at some point. I personally would try to put this behind you, take the positives from it that you can get pregnant & focus on trying again. Absolutely do not feel guilty as you have nothing to feel guilty about. You are trying for a baby, this one didn’t work out & now you can try again. You are not sweeping it under the rug, you have grieved your loss & now you can try again. I know everyone is different & what works for one doesn’t work for all but that personally would be my approach. The way I try to look at it is that there is likely a reason that it was a chemical or miscarriage & in the long run it was the best thing to happen as it wasn’t a viable pregnancy. I really hope what I’m saying doesn’t upset you as I really don’t mean any upset. Wishing you all the luck🍀

I am on cd10 so potentially in my fertile period as of today. We only DTD twice in the last fertile period so plan on doing it more this time. I don't want to take the spontaneity out of it twice but him being tired is not an excuse this time 🤣

@Mummysparrow well it only takes one time but yes defo try to increase your chances this cycle 🤞🏼🙂

@Lowrilawson I have read loads of good things about the cup! I tried it last cycle & it obvs didn’t work so didn’t use it this cycle. It was quite nice not having it all dripping back out though! TMI! 😂🤣 x

@Babno3 good hun I'm glad you are feeling okay!

@4LeafCloverBaby yess I hate when that happens and you are sprinting to the bathroom (not like the movies at all!)😹 glad that's normal for you too I wondered if my cervix was just rejecting it Pahaah😹

@Butterfly391 I've had a look at hertility, it looks good and it's only £149 which is pretty good considering what you would pay to see someone privately! xx

@4LeafCloverBaby Thank you for your lovely words, no upset at all. I appreciate it at lot!

I guess I still feel pretty grieved, and so does Hubs, which is why we both feel bad about trying again. Neither of us feel like we have much of a shot this time for some reason. We'd convinced ourselves the last time was so perfect and it won't happen again like that, I think. We have another ten days or so to make a decision, so we'll see how we feel then.

I have to say, I do feel impatient already though, so there's a sign at least!

Hey 👋 (changed username I'm actually jossiwood). Had a few days off here just felt so despondent- I've no idea how I got a positive and I'm leaning towards a dud test, which is devastating as haven't started bleeding and then had a strong peak on opk when I expected to be ovulating. So I'm kind of in the 2ww without really knowing if I could now be pregnant or if I had a chemical and just didn't bleed 😭😭😭 such a roller coaster of shit right now! To everyone in the 2ww, fingers crossed . For those of you who've suffered a chemical I'm so sorry ❤️ it truly sucks. Thanks for making a new thread @4LeafCloverBaby

@4LeafCloverBaby haha its cos I made this account when my oldest was due 15 years ago and I clearly didn't care for anonymity 😂 so you're 2 dpo now ? Judging by opks I'm 2 dpo too but who bloody knows. Congrats to everyone with bfps

@Boatlifelover ahh I see, makes sense 🙂
I’m 4DPO today & af due on 27th…this bit goes so bloody slow!! I’ve been ill too so can’t even keep busy as don’t have the energy. I’ll be surprised if I fall this month really as I’m sure being ill can’t really help?! I’ve had such bad flu. I still managed to DTD for 4 consecutive days over ovulation though so actually very impressed with my commitment! 😂😂 The unsexiest sex I’ve ever had!! 😂🤣
