. What if all along your b vitamins level was really low and that was causing the 20day cycle... b6 is known to lengthen the cycle. Ive got my dd on a multivitamin with extra b6 and primrose oil to help her pms out. And it would, if she took the bloody things daily ! Allergy meds cud be useful just to get a good nites slp aswell tbf lol

Internet friends….i got a bfp! It’s faint so i’m
not putting too much hope on to it. I had some bleeding yesterday and thought, great af is arriving despite being on these pessaries. It hadn’t come to much this morning but did a cheap test and looked very negative and then thought it was an evap line. Just to be sure I did a clear blue this afternoon and it’s positive 😨

I need to get back in to my gp and see what she can give me lol got my referral appointment through..it's in June 💤💤 hopefully something happens before then x

Thanks ladies! I normally do the easy@home tests but had ran out so used cheapy ones but hoping they are just a bit rubbish as the lines are so so faint on them. I’m heading out later so will pick up another few tests to confirm, hopefully I haven’t jumped the gun on updating you all 😬
I’m feeling fine, pretty tired but I’ve had a hectic week so that might not mean anything. Just trying to be calm right now and know it might not stick whilst also checking out my due date 🫣
I’m 12 or 13 dpo, I’ll attach a pic of the CB test and hopefully that’s more reliable.

@xxcxdonxx 😁😁 was this the 1st cycle using the progesterone? How long have you been ttc for (sorry, i cant remember your story x) @Westy22 is that the referral for the fertility clinic? I suppose at least its this part of the year i ges 🤦‍♀️... what i did was ring them and asked if they had any cancellations cud i be considered for those appointments. Sumat like that anyway lol

I crnt wait for that update 🩷 are u all sorted with bags house prepped? I remember having my son like it was yesterday the day before labour I was scrubbing the bathroom floor on my hands and knees haha xx

@xxcxdonxx that's a very clear positive, congratulations! We all know how hard it is to allow yourself to be excited but hope you can hold onto some positivity, this is a big moment.

Yeah I was a bit deflated with June like but then I thought atleast it's there and she did say if they get any cancellations they will be in touch...but I imagine everyone asks lol Day 21 bloods next week and then I'll be booking in with my GP to discuss all the results and whether she thinks I should try anything?

Has anyone read it starts with the egg? Is it worth a read or is it everything we've already touched on?x

@Westy22 I've read it. It's very info heavy and goes into lots of detail about all sorts of things (e.g. as well as info on supplements etc it discusses other stuff like not using plastics for food/drink etc and quite a bit about the scientific backing for various recommendations). Remind me tomorrow and I'll get a pic of the contents page if you like! X

@Westy22 I read it immediately after my loss found some things helpful, some of it was overwhelming. I implemented about 25% of the recommendations, who knows whether any of it helped with getting pregnant again (3 months on) but it certainly didn't hurt. I think you'll know some things from this thread and other research already.
The book is what prompted me to take coq10 and other vitamins that I recently posted to @Supertrooper101 !

Oh @xxcxdonxx I'm so sorry 😔 I don't blame you for getting excited, that was such a clear line 😕 Is it that it's fainter this morning or has AF arrived? Either way I know you know your own body but maybe give your gp a call on Monday just in case. I hope you're ok xx
