That’s interesting @Supertrooper101 I’ll have a look at that but that is my plan anyway, I’ll start the aspirin if I get another bfp as I won’t be waiting around for another blood test.

That’s good that everything was considered ‘normal’ @Westy22. I can’t stand when people say comments like ‘try to relax’ or it’s just been ‘bad luck’, it’s such empty advice.

When are you meeting your midwife @Paws4thought ? Hopefully you’ll get somewhere with the progesterone.

@Supertrooper101 yeah the proceive max sachets. They're so crazy expensive😳, that's why I'm using the last of them up before moving onto the pregnacare ones or whatever 😂 I'm on 5mg of folic acid on top of the amount in the vitamins.. How you feeling about scan tomorrow?

I stopped taking the pregnacare a few days ago and not sure if it’s coincidence or not but I got a strong line on my opk today, so hopefully it hits peak tonight or tomorrow 🙌🏻

I also spotted that boots are doing buy one get one free on vitamins today only if anyone needs to stock up xx

@Sez281 did they say why to take 5mg of folic acid? I dont know how much to bloody take 🤦‍♀️... am nervous for it in the morning. Hopefully be ok though, ill keep you posted!
@xxcxdonxx i read a few ppl dislike the pregnacare and messing up their periods. Alpt on amazon reviews too i think lol That and 7 seas so i wouldnt think its a coincedence. Am sure it even says on the box it may alter your cycle 🤔

@Supertrooper101 I think it's because I'm a bit overweight, that and my age I assume. I never actually asked 🤔 Aw I totally get the nerves, I don't think it'll ever be an enjoyable experience going in 😢 I'm sure it'll be fine though 🙏 xx

CD13 and hoping for a peak in the next 24/48 hours 🙏 my lh is rising super slow although I don't think I've used these sticks before so maybe I'm not that used to them, ive had the ewcm in the last 3 days tho. I feel so weird today tho, like really shakey and weak 😑 was convinced a migraine was on its way. We will be in the tww together @xxcxdonxx 🤞

Eventually got my peak this morning, CD18 so better late than never.

@Westy22 i used to go shakey and weak when i wasnt eating properly or dehydrated... are yiu stressing too much over the fertile window? Ha. Plsd your oh is playing ball
@xxcxdonxx cd18 is still ok.. you have your progesterone to help the second half too dont you? (I forget who has what lol )
Well its about 9wks. The bleed has come back and split in 2 🤦‍♀️. She said dont stress over it lol okkkk..... clinic has prescribed me 5mg folic acid and aspirin cos i asked about them...... all very well, but am pretty sure aspirin stops clotting which isnt great for my situation. Plus the folate. Gona get my levels checked on that before taking them as they were above average last time i had them checked so dont wont to be having too much. So yeah....heres to another week of what ifs lol

@Supertrooper101 so glad Babba is measuring at 9wks and looking good! Can see why the bleed news has thrown you a bit though. Good the clinic don't seem worried I guess?! You just really don't want any extra reason to worry though do you?! Try and hold on to the wins... ❤️❤️❤️

@Supertrooper101 yeah I’ll start the progesterone in a few days and see how I get on.
9 weeks is great, bleed aside does everything look as it should? Did they give any indication what the bleed is? I wonder if splitting in two is a good thing and it’s starting to break down possibly.

@Supertrooper101 Aw that's great about 9 weeks and all still relatively good ❤️ I totally get why the bleed would be freaking you out but it really sounds like they're on top of it 🙏The fact that she told you not to stress is a really good sign (way easier said than done I know 😣) Surely they wouldn't prescribe you something that could make it worse? You're right to research it though to put your mind at ease x

@xxcxdonxx yeah she said she wouldnt have told me about the bleed if she didnt have to. Sounds like they annoy her if that makes sense lol she rekons its healing inside out and broke in two.

@Sez281 it was the nurse who asked the gyne staff before the scan. They also know i nag haha so maybe gave me it regardless cos i asked for it lol
@Paws4thought how you getting on, any luck with the midwife?

@Sez281 your blood results sound fab, bet you're glad you went for them now! Will see what vitamins the midwife recommends I think.
@Supertrooper101 9 weeks is great, how many weeks from lmp are you? You must ask for things better than I do, I don't think they'd prescribe them if they weren't OK tho. Annoying that they've not said more about the bleed other than it splitting, they must know we go home and think about it all. Wonder if aspirin would help thin and disperse it.
@xxcxdonxx glad you've started peaking, wonder why the vitamins delay it! My midwife appt is tomorrow, I'm going to ask if they'll recommend another scan too as I'm still spotting the same as before first scan.

I'm getting fed up of dtd tbh ha..I got a strong opk this eve close to peak so its nearly over for the month 🤣 it's the best attempt we've had I think so I'm happy. Good luck @xxcxdonxx 🤞🤞 we shall go insane in the tww together 💤 I need a hobby to fill the time so I'll be throwing myself back into to DIY to try and avoid early testing again this month.

Glad your scan was positive @Supertrooper101 even if the bleed is kind of back. Fingers crossed everything stays positive, I don't feel stressed lol I don't know what it was.

Did you get your peak this morning @Westy22 ? We have given it a good attempt this month too so just see what happens and yes, we can keep each other sane!
What kind of diy do you do? I always have great plans and never get round to any of them. There’s so much I’d like to do in my house!

@Paws4thought nar asprin stops clotting so will make it worse. Really hope you get somewhere with the midwife today. You shouldnt have to pay for a scan when its a need not a want.... i wiuld say i would ask the midwife about the bleed, but tbh, i dont rate them much for any help outside the slotted appointment 'book'
@Sez281 asked the doc about the folic acid.....yes.....should be on 5mg.... so why the frig did know one offer it sooner. See, dont get if you dont ask lol but looking online, the tube decects happen in week 4 so isnt it pretty pointless now 🤔
So whose gona break first with testing then...@Westy22 or @xxcxdonxx lol have either tried anything new this cycle? @xxcxdonxx you on the aspirin already or was you waiting?

@Supertrooper101 They definitely should have given it sooner but I wouldn't say it's pointless at all. Any extra boost it can give is a good thing 👌

Due to fly to Iceland next week. It's day after the scan so really the whole thing will depend on how that goes 🙏 Absolutely dreading the scan and still have 5 days to wait 😣

I got a letter this morning to say my smear came back with abnormal cells and am booked into the colposcopy unit in 2 weeks but I called them and they confirmed that it’s not safe until 2nd trimester so they will send new date. I think even then I’ll be a little bit wary of going. I’m not concerned as I’ve had abnormal cells for years and they've never get to pre cancerous or LETZ stage so I might consider holding off altogether until after if this pregnancy progresses... I'll have to research it properly 🤔

@Sez281 iceland 🥶 god no haha.. well thats a kick in it your smear test.BUT, you seem to know your cervix pretty well so i think your mindset on what to do for the best is the right call.

Thanks for all the well wishes :) midwife appt was pretty pointless, she pretty much just did height weight blood pressure etc, she said ask gp about progesterone and when I said gp said to ask midwife she said they don't sort that 🤔 I've not had any spotting for first time today so as long as it stays that way I'll try to book private scan for Tues and if all is progressing well I'll not worry about progesterone.
@Sez281 hopefully positive news at scan so you can properly enjoy your holiday, how are your cramps now? Ah that's frustrating it took so long for smear results and they're abnormal, if that's normal for you I wouldn't be too concerned, they'll poss just monitor you closer.
@Supertrooper101 tbh it's just easier to book private than keep getting bounced from person to person.
@Westy22 it's a great feeling when you've made the most of fertile week, out of your hands for 2 weeks now, hopefully it'll go quickly for you and @xxcxdonxx

@xxcxdonxx We bought our house a year ago and it's a reno so always plenty of jobs, hoping to have the dining room completed by the end of the month 🤞 so we're attempting the skirting board replacement.

@Supertrooper101 I've used preseed more this cycle and dtd every other day since cd 6 in the event anything happened early so continuing with that till cycle day 18 hopefully it works 🤣 I did end up doing opks in the end tho 🙈

@Paws4thought Glad the spotting seems to have stopped, hopefully it stays that way 🤞

Oo your holiday will be lovely @Sez281 , I know Thursday will seem so far away though. Hopefully it will be positive though🤞sods law about your smear, but if there not massively concerned then I would hold off too.
