Like a horrible strange illness with a stomach bug and dizzyness 🤦‍♀️.... got a dupe stanley cup from home bargains and my girl keeps saying they give you lead poisoning so obviously gona beleive the tripe on tik tok and not use it today to see how i feel 🤣.... how about you x

@Supertrooper101 hopefully it is the cup so you feel better, not sure I'd be trusting TikTok tho haha. I had a tiny bit of pink mucus (sorry tmi) a few times yesterday which freaked me out but seems to have stopped today, other than that my boobs are a bit fuller and I feel a little sick but nothing to write home about.

Sorry to hear that you're feeling a bit crappy @Supertrooper101, on the plus side it's more likely to be pregnancy symptoms than from the cup 🧐 Hope you feel better soon x

@Paws4thought oh I don't blame you for freaking out, I think pink mucus is quite normal apparently but I'm sure that doesn't make the anxiety any easier 😣 Hopefully the next few days before your early scan goes quickly so you can have some reassurance x

I spoke too soon yesterday saying my cramps had eased, they're back again this morning, it's very like AF is about to show😕, I just have to try not to overthink it. I also have crazy sore boobs and fatigue/insomnia so I'm taking that as a good sign 🙏

@Paws4thought we live in a very hard water area, everything is riddled with limescale so the flask is too so basically just drinking scum 🤣 drives me mad... so yeah, not having that today! Id be anxious too. Surley thats a caise to ring epu and ask for the scan or at least bloods? Or even progesterone?
@Sez281 cant be af can it. Would your bloods have been what they were if it wasnt going in the right direction? Its all a mind fk isnt it 🙁

@Paws4thought have u been dtd? Sometimes that can cause it. Also it's very common. If you get worried you can al2ays ring the epu just for some reassurance.

@Sez281 I always remember in the first few weeks it feels like af is going to show. I think it's a good sign everything is prepping to house little bean xx

@Sez281 I've read a lot that say its normal but a lot that also don't end well, it was only a tiny amount but typically had a little more just now which was more brown coloured so I'm hoping that's a good thing as normally old blood is brown I think.
Sore boobs and fatigue are good signs, my friend had a lot of cramps and her pregnancy has all been good so far so hopefully yours will be too 🤞
@Supertrooper101 a break from the scummy cup might be a good call 🤣 I don't think I can call epu direct, don't have a midwife yet and won't get a Dr appt unless call at 8am, bit rubbish really. If I have anymore today I'll call Dr tomo. Not sure a scan this early would show much even if they'd do it tho, only 5+2. What would progesterone do?

Hopefully it's nothing @Paws4thought but if it's worrying you maybe speak for GP/EPU.

Isn't it horrible how pregnancy after MC is riddled with anxiety? Listening to you guys makes me sad that we have literally lost the joy of it 😑 I'm trying to find inspiring podcasts to start listening to, trying to refocus my mind...any recommendations.

AF seems to have tailed off so lasted 3 days and wasn't heavy at all and totally the opposite to last month. Makes me wonder if I even ovulated? As I've read light periods can be an indication your not, however as they stay between 27-35 days apparently that should mean i am? 🤣 nothings ever clear.

Anyway new month...im aiming for CD 8,10,12,14,16 and 18 this month 🤣 I think the OH has finally done his sample, as the pot and paperwork has disappeared..unless he's binned it lol also anyone do the legs up the wall after dtd? My sis swears by it 🤣🤣

If you ring your gp @Paws4thought they should refer you straight to them, the receptionist gave me there number and said to call them and if i get no joy to ring GP back? I didn't have a Midwife and was like 5 weeks when I got referred and they saw me the same day, granted it didn't answer any questions straight away with a transvaginal scan but they started monitoring my bloods, but I get why you probably thinking to wait so you don't have the stress of all that at the same time x

@Westy22 I didn't realise that thank you, I feel a bit like if it's going wrong they won't be able to stop it happening so it will just add more stress, but if I have anymore I'll give them a call. Why did you call them?
That's good that your periods are a regular length even if it varies, do you do opk? Haha your oh best get his rest I'm now 🤣 imagine if he'd thrown it away, think we'd all be fuming at him! I haven't done legs up but it can't do any harm 🙈

@Supertrooper101 it feels so similar to AF pains but I know it's not. As @Jadeypie said I think it's quite common and maybe even a good sign even though it makes me worry 🙈. Yeah bottled water might be an idea going forward if it is making you feel a bit sick 🥴

@Jadeypie how are you getting on? How many dpo now?

@Paws4thought as the others said it might be no harm getting referred to epau if you have more but from what I've red old blood is quite common too, unless you've bad cramps and quite a bit I wouldn't worry too much x

@Westy22 you're right, it feels like the joy has been completely taken from it. I get fleeting moments of excitement but then come crashing back down to earth 😣 The podcast "don't tell me to relax" is very good if it's fertility ones you mean.
Yay for the OH 🙌😂 I very much doubt he threw it out 😂 That sounds like a great plan for this cycle. And yes along with the proceive+ I put my legs in the air for 10 mins after not sure if it made the difference but worth a go 🤷‍♀️😂 x

@Sez281 6dpo today tbf its gone over really quick nearly half way ha. I keep feeling like af is going to show. Boobs r starting to get sore which ive read is to do with estrogen so am glad my bodies having a decent cycle for once and hormones seem to be doing what they are meant to. I think your going to be on the worry boat all the time which of course is totally understandable. How many weeks are you now? What's next for you have u had mote bloods? Xx

Thank you all so much for your good wishes! Our wee boy arrived safely by "expedited" (planned but brought forward) c section at 9.23am. It's actually been a really calm and positive experience, especially compared to my daughter's birth.
Just besotted with him and can't believe he's really here. So far we're both doing well.
@HopeAndStrength wow huge congratulations on the birth of your beautiful son too!! You're amazing 👏

Will catch up with everyone else's updates very soon, thank you all again for sharing in the joy of our rainbow babies. There's been so much anxiety and fear since our loss in March 2023, it's still hard to believe I'm really holding my baby. Sending baby dust to everyone!

@Westy22 your hospital must be laid back, we had to make an appointment to get a slot to take one in. I really hope he hasnt binned it...he wouldnt would he lol i tried the legs up a few times. Also got a fert-iliy.. loads of positive stories from them. Great you can walk around straight after and no spillage lol bit pricey though at around 30pd. Did you have a day 21 done before you got referred?
@Paws4thought i havent got a midwife and the gps were awkward with me at first but in the end epu saw me and the drs gave me bloods. I agree with the 2 minds things, do you want tests if something is already wrong. . But at the same time..... could be a good peace of mind things are ok
@Sez281 i was trying to avoid cold drinks hense the stanley cup lol ill just put the bottled water near a radiator or sumat lol are you next bloods weds?

I'd like to think he hasn't @Supertrooper101 if he has he's getting binned 🤣 really? I'm sure his gp just said to drop it off I think there was just certain times in the day it was open to take in.

I had a day 21 done on the 26th Jan and the notes apparently say good/satisfactory so I've asked for more detail lol as wasn't happy with the satisfactory bit 🤣 so getting some more information next week. Something is definitely off this time my boobs feel really fuzzy/tingly I don't usually get boob pain during AF or just after, it's not nipples more like the sides. Unless it's a new anxiety/stress symptom 🤣

@Paws4thought I woke up in the middle of the night and literally felt like I was going to pass out in the bathroom from pain in my abdomen and I was dripping with sweat. Stopped after 20 mins, no spotting or anything but I knew something wasn't right so they monitored me from then on incase it was ectopic x I use opk but sometimes feel like they make me obsess more so I'm torn whether to keep using them and the bbt temp thing can do one coz it didn't drop in temp before AF and give me a heads up 🤣

@Jadeypie All those signs that your body is returning to normal must be so reassuring, hopefully this is your cycle but if not at least you know where you are at plus the meds might help 🤞 xx

@Supertrooper101 yeah repeat bloods on Wednesday. Is it Thursday you're back for scan? Is cold water not recommended or you just prefer it warm? I love ice cold water, I drink about 5 litres a day 🙈

@Westy22 interested to know what your day21 results show. That pain during the night sounds awful 😣 Hopefully it was just a one off x

@Sez281 I haven't got any cramps so hopefully it's fine but I think I'll give gp a call tomo, hopefully if they're concerned they'll refer.
@Supertrooper101 I can't imagine you taking no for an answer, I'm a pushover with stuff like this, part of me wants to just believe it's all OK and wait for the scan but I guess if Dr says they won't do anything it's out of my hands.
@Westy22 that sounds horrible, hopefully you won't have to experience that again. I like the opk cause feel like I know I've ovulated then. Maybe you just need to do temping for longer to get it accurate.

@Sez281 no no, i love cold drinks. But the accupuncture said noooooo. No cold drimks or cold food. Lol bad for the uterus. I did alot of research on cold womb tbh and it makes sense. I knew if you had a cold drink 1st thing it shocks the system. But that was about it lol 5ltrs is a hell of alot. Isnt 3 the limit... dosent it chill you in the winter 🥶 lol, maybe that could be a cause for the bad cramps you would get sometimes?
@Paws4thought I do push till i get what i want sometimes only cos its there job and they wouldnt be in one if it wasnt for us lol plus i do think some fob ppl off when they shouldnt and been told by nurses that it depends what mood the dr is on as to what help you get. I dont like that attitude lol

So he's dropping it off tomorrow morning lol he's told me this evening. Why all of a sudden because I know we can't do anything do I want to?? 🤣 I'm not helping with the sample tho..sod that.

Yeahh I do feel like I'm out @Supertrooper101 lh is low, bbt is low so I think hormones are messing with me x remember to wear socks too, I remember being told that cold feet chills the womb 🥶
