@moosey89 definitely here for you - message here whenever you need. We all get it @Frustratedttcno2 welcome! This is a lovely group full of very supportive women.

I'm 8DPO now and just had the biggest gloop of snot like cm come out 😂 absolutely revolting - wondering if that's ever been a sign for anyone? X

Yes! CM changes were a massive sign for me in my first (successful) pregnancy and in my one earlier in the year. Less so with the recent ones. Fingers crossed it's a good sign for you!

SnookyPook · 08/12/2023 16:43

@Vic231 I've definitely been guilty of doom scrolling my old pregnancy group once or twice. Not any more as it clearly wasn't helpful!! But, definitely been there. Hope AF is kind to you (and preferably doesn't appear!!)

Welcome @Frustratedttcno2 and good luck with the HyCoSy! I've also heard some good things about these 🤞🏼

@Bugdem123 pretty sure I mentioned previously that I did everything wrong this cycle as hadn't been trying and was confident we'd missed ovulation etc...! Had some wine, very hot baths .. I had a pint of cider at the pub two days before my BFP (thankfully only 1!) Although I wouldn't recommend it I have previously heard 'drink till it's pink' (ie fine until you've had a BFP) - anyway, sure it's fine. 💕

ThelastRolo20 · 08/12/2023 16:57

@Vic231 I really felt it helped with the visualisation haha @graceinc22 @SnookyPook interesting thank you! Certainly not getting hopes up on one symptom but who knows

Vic231 · 08/12/2023 17:37

I'm out ladies - AF has arrived right on time! Onto the next cycle we go...

Wise0wl · 08/12/2023 17:57

So sorry about AF @Vic231 - I was also on the due Feb chat and likewise have to stop myself looking back on it. Hope you can pour a big glass of wine and do something that makes you happy this weekend x

ThelastRolo20 · 08/12/2023 19:01

@Vic231 ah sorry to hear of AFs arrival. Fingers crossed this cycle is it x

Frustratedttcno2 · 08/12/2023 21:58

Thank you all for being so lovely and welcoming, it's actually refreshing but heartbreaking to hear that other are feeling similar, wish it was easy for us all.
But I'm loving reading that you are putting yourself first and protecting your own wellbeing by saying no to certain situations. I wish this was both done and understood more.

My HyCoSy is booked privately for 10th Jan, just started CD1 today so hoping maybe Feb or March I get good news!!!

CluelessInLondon · 08/12/2023 22:25

@Vic231 Ah, sorry AF has arrived - at least this time it means you can eat and drink every ridiculous thing you want to have over Christmas. Hope you can take some time to look after yourself this weekend and do something nice.

ThelastRolo20 · 09/12/2023 06:26

@Frustratedttcno2 great news about the Jan appointment - I do hear quite a few success stories so fingers crossed you'll be another one 😊

Ladyinpink1 · 09/12/2023 07:56

Thank you for the positivity ladies, I feel OK about it now, just eager to start a new cycle. So I read from on here someone mentioned seed cycling? If whoever is the seed cycler, how many spoonfuls do you take a day? I was reading up about it and bought the seeds for this new cycle, the personal reviews from women I read on different websites sound good.

@ThelastRolo20 That is a good idea, save yourself any heartache if it's bad news but I really hope it's good for you this cycle ! x

Thank you @Bali200 It's due today or tomorrow, my bbt dropped today so it should arrive very soon. How are you? x

I'm sorry about the bfn @Vic231 and i'm sorry af has arrived...Mine is due today or tomorrow so we will be similar timings to keep eachother this cycle. Do you plan to try anything different this time? x

@moosey89 I understand that, it's really tough ... the family member that told me about her pregnancy last cycle has been telling me about struggling with bad symptoms and I feel like saying I would take any symptoms to be pregnant again. It's awful, other people that haven't been through looses just don't understand do they and I don't blame them, as I never really understood before mine either x

@Oxalis00 Would be amazing I'd this was the cycle and 1 did survive 🙂 I was prescribed it after 2 losses just as standard I think? I still am waiting on my tests so have no idea what my levels are. Yes I had asked about asprin on the first thread... I keep seeing it mentioned. x

Hi @Frustratedttcno2 sorry for your loss, welcome to the thread, And I'm now going to research hycosy to see what it is. Hoping you get good news on this thread x

@Ladyinpink1 @Vic231 so sorry about AF arriving. Fingers crossed this cycle is the one.

Despite me saying I'm not going to symptom spot or test early as this cycle has been weird so unlikely to work, I also have lots of weird discharge, really sore boobs and my
Chart looks a little bit triphasic so naturally I'm now fighting the wee hopeful voice in my head saying "this could be it" 😅. Going to be a long week waiting for my AF to come!

Bali200 · 09/12/2023 10:54

@Ladyinpink1 glad you’re feeling a little better, and the seed cycling sounds exciting, I hope it works for you next cycle. I’m doing okay thank you, my nausea has gone away pretty much completely now at 8+6 which is what happened last time, but at 9+4 and that was a week after the baby died, so I’m finding it really difficult to think positively 😞 the next private scan isn’t until the 17th so feels like a lifetime away x

Welcome @Frustratedttcno2 I hope the hycosy is successful for you x

@Bugdem123 your symptoms sound promising, I hope this is it for you x

moosey89 · 09/12/2023 15:40

@Ladyinpink1 yeah I've had to unfollow some people on Instagram (and actually ended up just deleting it from my phone to save my sanity over the Christmas season as there are always tons of announcements about life changes and I know it'll hit me). People who complain about morning sickness, and I'm here thinking I'll take bed rest for 9 months and all the sickness if it meant I actually got to have a baby! (HG I can't comment about because I have heard it can be horrific, but general morning sickness).

I guess if you haven't found it hard, or haven't had any losses, it's so hard to understand. If anyone who hasn't experienced it tries to give me any advice I politely but firmly shut them down saying I don't discuss it with people who haven't experienced it because it's one of those things that you can't explain x

Ladyinpink1 · 09/12/2023 22:25

That all sounds exciting @Bugdem123 do you think you will still wait for af or cave testing with all of that going on? x

I'm so sorry @Bali200 and I experienced the same symptoms dissappearing as you did with my most recent loss, so I can imagine how bad it's making you feel right now and the fear it's giving you... but with my second dc my nausea randomly came and went and then dissapeared earlier than with my first, i remember being worried, but all was fine. I thought did my body get more used to dealing with the rising hormone levels each time, if that makes sense. So you could find your nausea is away earlier this time or it may still come back again soon. Sending a hug and lots of hope ❤️ xxx

@moosey89 I also have some people whose stories I avoid clicking on, like one who is due just before I was so the scan pictures are hard; but yes it's so strange how someone else's news can suddenly have such an effect on you. It is very hard to explain to others.
You sound really strong and good at knowing what to say, I need to bring you with me when I go out lol x

ThelastRolo20 · 10/12/2023 08:32

@Bugdem123 those symptoms sound promising! All my "symptoms" have now completely disappeared and I feel no different to normal. 10DPO so hopes aren't high so just going to hang around for AF and the next cycle

Bugdem123 · 10/12/2023 08:50

@Bali200 I can totally understand why you feel so worried. I hope you've woke up up this morning with horrendous nausea. How are you today? I know the wait until the 17th will be agonising; have you got anything planned over the next week to pass the time?

@Ladyinpink1 I honestly don't know haha! My temp is lower today and my boobs aren't as sore so it could very well just be some PMS symptoms. I might test on a wondfo on Friday at the earliest which would be 12 DPO I think. I tested positive really early last time - like 9DPO, so it's really hard for me not to test but maybe it's better I continue to just think I might be pregnant rather than know I'm not? I'll be interested to hear how you find seed cycling, I had a quite read into earlier this month and thought it sounded interesting!

Bugdem123 · 10/12/2023 09:01

@ThelastRolo20 I honestly think at this point I could just be making them up 😂. Anyone's boobs might be tender if they were squeezing them 10x a day to see if they were sore haha. Trying to keep my expectations low but I know we all know I'll be gutted when AF comes.

The month I actually got pregnant I didn't have any symptoms at all so it's not over until AF comes. Are you going to test or just wait to see if it starts?

ThelastRolo20 · 10/12/2023 09:07

@Bugdem123 haha I know what you mean about the boobs! I'm going to wait - I need to be really productive at work Mon - weds and I'll be in the office so easier to have a tiny bit of hope rather than feeling down if I've tested.

AF is due weds/ Thurs so will test Thursday morning if she hasn't arrived by then x

ThelastRolo20 · 10/12/2023 14:51

My god I have the will power of a pea. I had a sore left boob so figured that was enough to go on to test and the bloody test flooded 😂😂 but there is a pink line! Will need to confirm tomorrow as quite likely it could be dodgy. This is the same batch I used post miscarriage so I know they aren't giving false positives like some easy at home can

Bugdem123 · 10/12/2023 16:40

@ThelastRolo20 I see it!! Can't wait to see what it looks like in the morning x

graceinc22 · 10/12/2023 16:41

@ThelastRolo20 i see it too! It looks a bit clearer than my first positive at 12dpo. Can you get a boots early response? Fingers crossed x

ThelastRolo20 · 10/12/2023 16:46

@Bugdem123 @graceinc22 thanks both! Good to know I'm not entirely losing the plot just yet.

I have a couple of first responses - doing a big wee hold (aiming for 5 hours) and if it's dehydrated enough I'll test tonight, if not will hold out until the morning. Fingers crossed although not ideal when I have a slight hangover today after the work Christmas party 🤦‍♀️

SnookyPook · 10/12/2023 17:29

@ThelastRolo20 hehe this made me chuckle - especially the juxtaposition with your previous post! However, I also see a faint line!!! Everything crossed!

ThelastRolo20 · 10/12/2023 17:32

@SnookyPook it's ridiculous isn't it 😂 my husband just laughed at me and said he wasn't the least bit surprised!

CluelessInLondon · 10/12/2023 17:33

@Bali200 Understandable that you're feeling anxious about what's happening with your symptoms - I think you just have to remind yourself that every pregnancy is different and symptoms coming and going isn't automatically a bad sign. I hope you've got some things to keep you busy before the next scan.

@ThelastRolo20 That looks promising! So annoying about the rest flooding though, hope you get a clear result with the next one.

CD13 for me and I've come down with a horrible cold and cough and just feel awful. 😫Such bad timing when I'm due to ovulate on Friday! I'm really hoping it will clear up quickly and won't mess up my cycle.
