16 DPO, high temp, AF due tomorrow

Hi All,

Got myself in a bit if a tiz - this TWW as been awful.

Have been trying on and off for a very stressful 18 months, all without a sniff of a BFP.

But this month I have felt so different. After O (tested with CB O test and temping). Had soooo many symptoms; nausea, cramps, bad taste in mouth, headaches, creamy cm and dizziness all varying from 5DPO until today (16 DPO). As I have never normally experienced any of this during the TWW I have been convinced I would be seeing BFP soon. Temp has been measuring high (and still is today) but after getting a BFN today when I tested, im worried I've just imagined all of it. I used CB early detection and It wasn't with my first urine of the day (I was trying to hold out until Tuesday if no AF Tomorrow....I failed!).
As Im slowly driving myself mad, I was just wondering if anyone got BFN at this point and went onto the see BFP? Could it be that I didn't use first urine of the day??

Clutching at straws I guess, but there is always hope until AF arrives

@Bluebella27 that's so frustrating! I think I've missed it, but when is your period due? If you've been getting faint positives the last few days it might be time for a trip to the doctor for a blood test so they can find out once and for all what's going on xxxx

And thank you for the well wishes! 🥰 ovulation day coming up (supposed to be today but I only started getting ewcm today so it's unlikely), and I have no idea how we're going to manage this, unless I go down the extremely unsexy route of a Pasteur pipette 🤣🤣

@mushroomushroom period was due on Friday!

I just feel if I went for blood tests by the time I waited for the results my period would have arrived... which since my last post I caved and took my last Boots test it's now almost negative so I think I'm coming on now... especially as I've just started cramping .. this cycle has been so cruel!!

I read somewhere that after a chemical you're a bit more fertile for the next cycle so fingers crossed that's the case xx

Would you believe that in between the time I wrote that message to you girls a few minutes ago and now, DP has just been confirmed for surgery 😬😬😬

@Bluebella27 I hope that you have a good outcome this cycle, but if you are having a chemical then yes, I have also read that afterwards you are indeed more fertile the next cycle xxxxx

@mushroomushroom oh Lordy. I suppose its good that he's booked in, means he will be up and about sooner rather than later (and hopefully then there will be no need for the pipette 🤣) but I get that its super scary. Are you okay?

I got my Frers.... I did a test before and I think I can still see a squinter (saw it coming up on the test after a minute) but I dont know if they are just indents or if only I can see them 🙈. AF is due Wednesday 😩 . I friggin hate the TWW!!!

@RCARB it's so crazy that you get so many indents, I do wonder if they're chemical pregnancies 😔

As the tests were from different packets (and likely different manufacturing batches) they probably aren't indents, it just seems too unlikely. I've never seen an indent on a FRER (although just cause I've not seen them doesn't mean they don't happen!!).

In any case, I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that AF doesn't show up tomorrow xxxxx

@mushroomushroom I know. I stopped using easy at home because of all the trouble I had previously. I don't think there is enough of a lime for them to be chemical? Its so bizarre!
I think only I can see the lines too 🙈 Do you see them too? Are we broken? 🤣 x x x x

@mushroomushroom Have had the most horrific sciatica nerve pain in my thigh and bum right bum cheek this afternoon. I've never had it before, its bloody awful! Think maybe its a sign AF is in its way? Obviously did an easy at home test when I got in from work....because.....well why not🙈. Bfn x x x

I'm finally getting darker lines on the LH tests, ovulating like five days late this month! Typical on the month where I have an appointment to get the IVF started and I want to get my period asap 🤣 my appointment is Friday morning, I will let you know how it goes xxxxx

Hi girls,

AF showed up yesterday morning, to be honest it's a bit of a relief. I was getting myself into a panic about ectopics so yeah, emotional rollercoaster but I saw a doctor on YouTube explain that although the egg was fertilised there was something wrong with it and it just needs to reabsorb back into your body because it's just not right ...so that sort of helped with keeping things logical.
Bit more painful and heavy this month but I guess it's technically an early miscarriage but nothing too unusual.

sigh what a ride!

I'm away next week and annoyingly I'll probably be in my ovulation window.. which wouldn't be a problem but we're going with my mum and it doesn't feel right with her in the same house!

@RCARB Sciatica is so painful i sympathise

No Af yet but terrible period cramps and leg pains. Sciatica only lasted yesterday, thank god! It was bloody awful. Hope thats not a new addition to me getting my AF going forward!
I didn't bother testing this morning. Didn't seem much point when AF is due today anyway. Thought it would be here by now though 🤷🏼‍♀️. A very confusing cycle for us all this time i think! X x x x

I'm due AF next Monday...got the faintest line this morning at 10DPO but it's hard to not think it's going to turn into another chemical... tested again this afternoon and I'm unsure if it's got even fainter or not. sigh we carry on xx
