@Everythingzrosie I think miscarriage does change you. The more you have, the more of a impact it has. Once this 'journey' is over for me, I think I'll defo need some counselling as 4 losses have changed me and my outlook on things, which is such a shame! That's a good peak opk 🤞

@ChickenT2b I'm good thanks! Just plodding along, 2DPO - absolutely no hope of a bfp this month though as I messed up using the fertilily this month 🤦‍♀️

@InvisibleDreamer I also recognise you from the pred thread 👋 I'm not very active over there but have high nk cells and probably going to need to go ahead with ivf. Are you with Dr S private clinic?

We dtd this morning so think it’s too late but I feel in control and if it’s a missed opportunity, at least I’m getting there x

@bunnykins123 I haven't done an OPK since yesterday morning and I still have EWCM so we DTD anyway 🤷‍♀️ not really sure what's going on but I brought a strip to work

@ChickenT2b I’m still going with the relaxed cycle. Somewhere in my tww trying so hard not to work out it 😂. Due on 16/17th so a way to go. Have lots going on this month so that’s helping. Af due on Christmas Day sucks, but fingers crossed you get the best Christmas present ever 🤞🏻

@ChickenT2b good luck for this cycle 🤞🏻 I had a month off using OPK’s etc, since then I’ve been far more relaxed using them and not every single day of my cycle like before! Do you feel any better after the break?
AF is also due around xmas for me (on 26th/27th) so like you a potential for an amazing Christmas BFP but trying not to get my hopes up.

Hi girls I have finally got my first negative test this morning I'm day 20 of having my first MC and was just hoping someone could help me understand when I start tracking my cycle days do I count today as CD1 as I don't necessarily want to wait until AF arrives before ttc.

@Shannonmcc I counted CD1 as the day of my D&C. I don’t think I got my first negative until around CD20 but first AF then turned up CD21 so not sure what my body was doing! That cycle was really unusual for me so I could only start tracking properly again once I got that first AF but others may have had different experiences. I do think you would usually count CD1 as first day of bleeding or when had D&C though. Wishing you all the best 💕

@Shannonmcc I also counted CD1 as when I had surgery. I know I didn't ovulate after my first MC surgeryuntil I had a period but I'm CD36 after my second MC surgery and according to temps it looks like I might have ovulated this cycle without a period yet and I'm 9dpo today. I don't know whether to believe if I've ovulated or not

@emhope aw thankyou for replying. Well I'm skeptical now because up until the 5 minutes the test was negative and then there's a faint line but it's a bit off centred I don't know to believe it's still a positive or a indent

@Bubblesandballoons it was the day! Sorry just seeing this..OPK went from 0.11 yesterday morning to 0.9 today. So weird I normally have long surges but not arguing

@ChloeN nope it's a slippery wee device 😆 and lord only knows where my cervix is after 3 kids. Defo tilted

@MrsCristianoX i had to put my legs behind my head to get it in, tbh it never actually reached my cervix I don’t think, I just ran out of finger😂😂xxx

@bunnykins123 yea 🤷‍♀️ like what the hell. I feel like half of it flips 🤨 then I pull hard and it pulls out. I know I'm a novice pretty embarrassed 😅 next month ill practice before fertile window..my cut off is March and then no more

Don't pull hard! Just give it as gentle tug as possible to flip it. If you can, keep your finger on the edge of it to stop it slipping as you pop it the other way. It is tricky to get the hang of, and slightly messy 🤣. Just get it as far as your finger will let you. (After DTD I run out of finger length too) xx

@FfayeN I mean I don't know how I write this when I wouldn't say it out loud but I've been practicing there and it really doesn't need a big pull. Who knew 😂 I need to stop winging things 🤦‍♀️

@MrsCristianoX 😂😂😂. Practice makes perfect! Although I couldn't practice without DTD it's just not an environment the fertilily wants to be in 😂

@FfayeN haha literally just in my hands watching ipad. (It has been thoroughly washed😅) Defo couldn't shove it in without DTD or a bucket load of ky jelly 🙈 and who has the time for that

@MrsCristianoX so turn it inside out. Then hold either side of the rim with your forefinger and middle finger like your doing a ✌🏼, then with the other hand just gently pull the tail. That's what you wanna do, but inside lol 😆

@FfayeN & @bunnykins123 yes I’m on the pred thread. I’m just in process of looking into more immune testing think I’m going to have to bite the bullet and get a consult with Doctor Gorgy though I want to stay away from the more invasive treatments for the time being (IVIG/intralipids etc).
