🤣🤣🤣 I haven't even bought one..I actually don't find temping to tricky! @mummatara I was worrying more about how gross it'll be when you DTD lol, it's bad enough washing the fertilily out and that's pretty fresh 🫣 xx

@MrsCristianoX hahaha oh god could you imagine trying to stuff it all in 😂

@MrsC2018 unfortunately you would still have to opk as it only confirms ovulation has happened 🤦🏼‍♀️ I use it to try and see a pattern in my cycle when we weren't trying to TTC so preventing pregnancy by using condoms in my fertile window. I was on the pill for about 19 years and I'm honestly never taking it again I feel so much better not taking it. The longer you temp for the longer it can gain insight into your cycle. I think I'm just going to stick to my thermometer. I've put in a few hints that I would like to get the new Apple Watch my Fitbit broke and the new Apple Watch tracks your temp too apparently. I'm hoping DH might have got my hints and there will be one under the tree 😂

@FfayeN now I'm used to doing it I don't struggle with it the only reason I was looking at other options is that DS seems to be waking a lot more frequently than he did and I get some days I just have to exclude as I know I haven't had a big enough block 🙄 haha oh god can you imagine so gross 🤢 I think that part puts me off a bit too mornings are already hectic

ChloeN · 25/11/2022 13:19

@emhope im really hoping this is it for you lovely, I just rechecked my frer from yesterday and I would say it looks darker still then it did when I first did it so I’m hoping that’s the case for you!!

@mummatara ive seen loads of people say good things about the Apple Watch!! Mines ancient now I always used to forget to wear it 🤣

Babydustmamma · 25/11/2022 13:36

@emhope well everyone has their own experience with evap lines, but my personal experience is that I’ve never had any!!! I always check 😂😅 so to me it looks really bloody exciting! Don’t want to get your hopes up but also it’s good to be able to enjoy and hope!!!!! Eaaaaak when will you test again?♥️

Babydustmamma · 25/11/2022 13:39

@ChloeN thats interesting about the Apple Watch!!! Has anyone else tried it for tempting? ♥️

mummatara · 25/11/2022 13:45

@ChloeN haha I've never had an apple one just had the Fitbit which tbf lasted me a few years before dying this year 🙄

@Babydustmamma it's only the very new one that does it not sure how long it's been out 🤔

Babydustmamma · 25/11/2022 13:53

@mummatara ahhhh maybe I should wait a bit then! I tried the Ava bracelet and it was 😶😬

emhope · 25/11/2022 14:58

Well I couldn’t wait and re-tested and it’s BFN 😭 must have been a horrible evap/indent just to make this TTC journey even harder than it already is. Never ever had anything like that. Feeling devastated. Actually had a bit of hope for half a day 😢

ChloeN · 25/11/2022 15:30

@Babydustmamma im on a ttc Facebook group and people mentioned it was accurate at confirming ovulation for them and after a few cycles it seems to predict it too!

@mummatara i always buy things with such good intentions that’ll help me exercise and lose weight, never does 🤣

@emhope oh I’m so sorry lovely, I really had hope that it was something for you 😔

Babydustmamma · 25/11/2022 15:33

@emhope what a f*cker! So sorry ♥️

@ChloeN is that the apple? Oooh wicked!

ChloeN · 25/11/2022 15:40

@Babydustmamma yep! It looked really good tbh and convenient that you can use it for lots of other things! Xx

Mannymoomin · 25/11/2022 16:35

I’m now 5 weeks since miscarriage at 8 weeks, stopped bleeding 4 weeks ago and only had the occasional brown discharge since.
I just tested today and I’m still getting positives and 1-2 weeks on CB digi, this wtf cycle is crazy, I haven’t bothered testing for Ovuation as I just have no idea what stage my cycle is at

ChloeN · 25/11/2022 16:42

@Mannymoomin have you had to be seen again at the hospital for still having positive tests? Xx

Mannymoomin · 25/11/2022 16:45

@ChloeN yes they’ve checked for RPOC and nothing. Just said it’s likely to be hcg taking a while to come down

Mannymoomin · 25/11/2022 16:46

That was nearly a week and a half ago though

ChloeN · 25/11/2022 16:48

@Mannymoomin that’s so fustrating, mine did take a couple of weeks to come down after everything was gone too which annoyingly seems normal

mummatara · 25/11/2022 18:21

@Mannymoomin after my first MC I didn't get a negative test until 6 weeks after. I got my period at 5 weeks and the negative test the week after 🙄

FfayeN · 25/11/2022 19:15

That's really interesting about the new watch, I think mine is a series 5 so might be time for an upgrade! Saves the hassle of an ovusense too.
I'm out of the procedure and other than the anaesthetist butchering me trying to cannula 4 times I feel fine!

@emhope I'm so sorry lovely, it really did look promising xx

@Mannymoomin I hear reliably from @mummatara green tea and loads of water might help 🥰 xx

OP posts:
MrsC2018 · 25/11/2022 19:44

Well, it's a no from us for the ovusense too. Husband's take on it is that we'll just have loads of sex 🙈 couldn't think of a rationale for it beyond meaning we're having sex at the right times but that won't wash as it means less 🤣 going to go with his more relaxed approach and see if we can catch again soon. April is going to be a difficult month for me, first miscarriage was 8th April and due date of the last one was 9th April. Ideally need to be pregnant by then I think, so we'll see how relaxed I am in a couple months!

@emhope im sorry, the hope is just a killer. The due date grief is real. I was 12 weeks with another pregnancy for mine and still sobbed for the baby I'd lost. They're not replaceable and we're always going to ache for what we've lost at times, even when our arms are full

mummatara · 25/11/2022 20:21

@Mannymoomin ahhh yes @bunnykins123 tells me exercise, green tea and lots of water helps flush it out 😍

@MrsC2018 😂 that's such a man

mummatara · 25/11/2022 20:22

@MrsC2018 sorry ds jolted me 🤦🏼‍♀️ that's such a man answer is what I was going for

mummatara · 25/11/2022 20:24

@MrsC2018 gosh aprils a very hard one for you. This second pregnancy was due 19th April so I'll be with you on that one. My first was due 16th Dec so not long until I get to go through that awful day ☹️

Mannymoomin · 25/11/2022 20:28

@mummatara wonderful, as if it couldn’t get any more difficult 😂
I didn’t test for over a week as it’s horrible seeing a positive when you know it’s not, I expected the line to be faint today but it’s still really in my face, and to top it off I hoped the CB digi would be negative, but my hcg is obviously still above 25 to get the 1-2 weeks

Mannymoomin · 25/11/2022 20:30

I don’t know if it’s worse not being able to track ovulation because of the false positives they’ll give, first cycle after mc is well and truly a wtf cycle

mummatara · 25/11/2022 20:35

@Mannymoomin I actually looked the cb weeks digi the other day as I'm currently testing down from second MC and I thought they were sensitive to 50 but actually they are sensitive to 10 so don't feel disheartened as they are actually quite sensitive supposedly 🤷🏼‍♀️ I know the feeling all too well when you think it's been a week why isn't it any different 🙄 what else are you using to test? Just IC? Have the EPU done any further bloods?
