@allgoodthings84 when do you charge it if you’re sleeping with it on? How often does it need charged? I reckon my watch would need charged in the daytime πŸ˜‚πŸ˜…πŸ˜„
ive just realised I can take an ecg on my watch it’s pretty cool to watch the heartbeat πŸ˜‚πŸ˜…

allgoodthings84 · 14/09/2022 22:25

@NSx that does sound cool. I’m an apple fan and debated an Apple Watch but went with Fitbit versa years ago as was a lot cheaper and love it so stuck with it. I charge it when I shower or if it’s low and I’m not about to shower then I stick it on charge when just watching tv. It doesn’t take long to fully charge. Can wear it in water but I don’t dare πŸ˜‚. The new one has around 6 days of charge on it! This one runs out in a couple days now because it’s years old.

allgoodthings84 · 14/09/2022 22:28

@NSx I use it to track so much. I use the calories bit to help maintain my weight and the steps etc every day too. I get very annoyed if I forget it’s on charge and go to work without it on! πŸ˜‚ those days will undoubtedly be my highest step count days and it doesn’t count if it’s not tracked πŸ˜‚

HoneyPea · 15/09/2022 06:49

@NSx mine is a Fitbit and I wear it overnight. It's so slim it doesn't really bother me at all!

allgoodthings84 · 15/09/2022 09:12

This cycle is so weird. I am definitely going to start AF today I think as my spotting is heavier now and AF cramps so that would mean AF arriving a day early which never happens, it’s always 13dpo. I am 99% sure if when I ovulated because of CM, OPK and my RHR jumping up day off and again the day after. But my RHR hasn’t started dropping yet which it usually does 2 day before AF (11dpo). So yea AF is definitely coming but nothing about it makes sense

NSx · 15/09/2022 09:41

@allgoodthings84 @HoneyPea which one is the slim one? How long does ur Battery last ?

@allgoodthings84 thats odd; AF might not come though, keep us posted x

HoneyPea · 15/09/2022 09:47

@NSx It's the Fitbit inspire, I've had it for a few years now and I wear it 24/7 (after having covid I had to keep and eye on my heart-rate) It lasts for at least 3 days and takes hardly any time to charge. My mum has just bought the newer version the inspire 2! My husband kept trying to get me to get an Apple Watch but I'm tiny and it just looks so big and feels cumbersome on my wrist.
@allgoodthings84 It might just be spotting rather than AF. I've gone up to 73 today. Fingers crossed your RHR means something is happening!

NSx · 15/09/2022 10:08

@HoneyPea i love my Apple Watch as it linked to my phone but the battery would probably only last just over a day and a half if I kept it on, I’ve never tried - I might try it one day see how long it lasts πŸ˜„

allgoodthings84 · 15/09/2022 10:16

@HoneyPea it’s definitely spotting at the moment. I always spot from 10dpo (this cycle I started 8dpo straight after dtd so think it brought the spotting in sooner). The spotting is getting heavier though (it’s barely there before with nothing on liner) and it always gets heavier day AF starts. Such an odd cycle. If I start today it means it’s only been 23 days long and it’s never been this short. Always 24-27 days.

@NSx give it a go!

NSx · 15/09/2022 10:33

@allgoodthings84 cycles are weird - the one before last was 3 days longer than the one after πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚
I do think that taking Pregnacare has helped regulate them a bit though…
ill try it overnight on Friday and see.

allgoodthings84 · 15/09/2022 10:55

@NSx my cycle lengths do vary from 24-27 days but my LP is always the same but will be a day shorter if AF comes properly today. 23 days would be mega short even for me though, it’s never happened before. I’m worried there is something wrong 😞

NSx · 15/09/2022 12:46

@allgoodthings84 its always so easy to jump to conclusions and think the worst - but it may be nothing, try not to worry

allgoodthings84 · 15/09/2022 12:49

@NSx I’m an overthinker. Drives me mad. On the outside I seem totally together but inside my head is all over the place ha ha. It’s slowed down again a bit now so maybe won’t be until tomorrow after all. I’m just going to have to go with the flow (excuse the pun) cramps have stopped too. I’ve got a busy afternoon/evening after work and the school run so will take my mind off things

NSx · 15/09/2022 13:09

@allgoodthings84 im a bit like that myself tbh, I’m good at giving advice to others but rubbish at taking my own πŸ˜‚πŸ˜…
I hope Af doesn’t come at all for you, but if she does it’s tomorrow to put your mind at ease.

how many days in a row does temp need to rise for ovulation? Does it have to rise daily? Or just stay higher? Do you know?

allgoodthings84 · 15/09/2022 13:14

@NSx yep that’s me I’m great at advice but not doing as I say πŸ˜‚. I’m not sure about bbt as I don’t do it but I thought it had to just stay above the cover line but I don’t know really

NSx · 15/09/2022 13:22

@allgoodthings84 neither do I πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ and I do bbt each month but I don’t have a clue πŸ˜‚ I ovulated 2 days ago apparently and my temp has risen the last 2 days so does that mean I did ovulate ?
I have my bloods on Tuesday which will confirm but just wondering πŸ˜‚

allgoodthings84 · 15/09/2022 13:41

@NSx i think 3 days of a temp rise after ovulation is what they use to confirm ovulation

allgoodthings84 · 15/09/2022 13:42

@NSx but a lot of experts say it’s only around 60% accurate so to use a variety of things to confirm it. Which you do with OPK’s too

NSx · 15/09/2022 16:02

@allgoodthings84 yea I will know for certain next week anyways with my bloods but I was just curious to know ❣️

allgoodthings84 · 15/09/2022 16:42

@NSx I’m sure you do as you’re regular and if you’re not ovulating I think it takes longer for a bleed to come?

NSx · 15/09/2022 16:56

@allgoodthings84 yea maybe - I don’t know you know you just think of all worse case possibilities 😩

allgoodthings84 · 15/09/2022 18:11

@NSx i know that feeling πŸ˜‚ I worry I don’t ovulate either (and many other things!)

NSx · 15/09/2022 19:44

@allgoodthings84 it’s horrendous isn’t it 🀣😩

allgoodthings84 · 15/09/2022 20:15

@NSx yep! And we do it to ourselves πŸ˜‚ sooner we become pregnant the better πŸ˜‚

fsr111 · 16/09/2022 07:07

Hi everyone, I've lost the plot of the thread a bit! Hope you're all ok. Fingers crossed AF doesn't raise her ugly head for you today @allgoodthings84. It's hard to stay rational in the TWW. Got my static smiley today - CD13, so back to normal after last months extra long cycle. Missed CD8 (because we chose to have a roast instead πŸ™ƒ), so far DTD CD10 and CD12, so we're in for a busy weekend! Haha!
Have the day 21 bloods booked for next Friday, so luckily it looks like I won't have to reschedule that date. Dreading the TWW already. Have a holiday two days after AF will be due so hoping if this cycle isn't the one, at least the holiday will take my mind of things.
Hope you all have a great Friday!
