my RHR dropped this morning so I’m definitely out just waiting for my spotting to turn into AF now which I’m sure will be today. My day 3 bloods were cancelled as booked for Monday coming so now got to wait until the next cycle. Just want AF here and over now so we can start again next weekend

I’m doing my say 21 bloods on Tuesday, however I had 3 days temp rise so I’m pretty certain I ovulated this month, but will be good to see my numbers 🤞 .. good luck for yours when they come.
We’re closed on Monday so I have a 3 day wkend which is lovely 🤍 any plans?
@allgoodthings84 im sorry AF is coming but atleast she didn’t come yesterday, what would this cycle length be if she comes today- tomorrow?

@NSx think AF is here. It’s light at moment but is definitely heavier than my spotting so its right on cue. This cycle was 24 days. That’s normal for me. It’s always 24-27 days (apart from when I had covid). I ovulated CD12 so my LP was my normal 12 days. Just annoying about the spotting. I’ll glad when it’s done so next weekend we can start again. I haven’t rebooked my day 3 tests yet as not sure exactly what day I’ll ovulate so don’t know when I’m due AF next time round yet. I’ll reschedule my day 21 bloods to be 7dpo if needs be once I get my peak. I’ll have to be super on it with the opk testing. I’ve booked it based on 24 days at the moment as this cycle and last cycle were both 24 days but can change it as it’s a Tuesday so if I ovulate a bit later there’s still the rest of the week

@allgoodthings84 ok atleast it’s a normal cycle length for you, I know you were worried about that.
its mad that you have more opportunities to get pregnant in a year than me as I only have 28/29 day cycles 😂😅 sometimes even longer

I had to reschedule my 21 days too - as I ovulated a day later but managed to change from Monday to Tuesday so I’m glad.
its stressful all this isn’t it -

@NSx more cycles in the year but I think (from what I’ve read) that it’s more difficult to get pregnant with shorter cycles so swings and roundabouts I guess. Positive is not as long to wait. I’m hoping this cycle is more like 26 days as that was more my normal before these last 2 cycles. So basically since bloody covid. My covid cycle was longer but the 2 since then have been shorter. They were normally 26 or 27 days before with just the odd 24 or 25 day thrown in

I’m bleeding really heavily way more heavily than I have before and it’s crampy but I do sometimes get bad cramps too just not always 😞

@NSx yea I’m ok just not used to bleeding this heavily. I’m having to sort myself out every hour or so. It’s never light in the first 1.5/2 days but I’ve never known anything like this

that sucks I hate heavy periods - I don’t really get them as bad as you’re describing though, I hope it eases soon for you 🤞

Hello everyone! Sorry you are suffering today @allgoodthings84. My periods are heavy (and painful) and it's rubbish. Hope it doesn't last long for you. All good here, nothing to report really. Had a positive OPK yesterday and have actually had cramping all day. Don't know if it's ovulation pains or psychosomatic though at this point! Haha! Had a busy day at work today, but nice to have a bonus Monday off. Not heard from my cycle buddy @NatGee in a while, hope you're ok!

@fsr111 @NSx I’m glad you’re both doing good 😊. I don’t normally have really heavy periods. Just normal as far as I’m aware. This was horrendous. It’s now starting to ease a little bit

@fsr111 yes, I have been quiet as I would like not to obsess over ttc. Last cycle was all consuming and the disappointment is so real when you begin seeing your temp drop and af finally arrive...
I am now CD15 and begun spotting three days ago, which has NEVER happened to me before. I had a case of pinworms for which I took otc medication last weekend so that may have triggered some sort of imbalance, even though it is not part of their side effects.
My clearblue advanced opk gave me two false peak readings too this week. I know they're false because the cheapies have shown very clear negative results. Not sure what's happening, could be perimenopause ? But I don't think ill be ovulating this cycle and even if I do, the spotting could be a sign of uterine lining shedding in which case there's nothing for the egg to attach itself too.
It's all gone wrong this cycle, so, Ill count myself out already ha

@allgoodthings84 I had a heavy flow last time too, I convinced myself it might a good thing because too light a period means your uterine lining may not be thick enough. It is a pain though, having to sort yourself out more often especially if you have things to do

Good you managed to change your blood test. To be clear, the day 21 test shouldl really be on or around 7dpo? which may mean a different day for different people? If so, i may have to reschedule mine

Good morning ladies @fsr111 @allgoodthings84 @NatGee … I’ve just woken up, first long lie in ages 😍😍 feeling refreshed and nice to know I don’t have anything to do today 😂
I don’t know what it all means, I’ve had it before when day1 of AF has been extra heavy. It’s weird - I wonder if there’s a meaning behind it @allgoodthings84 or it’s just one of these things.
@fsr111 which day of your cycle are you on then? Would you consider ovulation today then?
@NatGee pinworms are not nice at all but very common, I see this a lot working in a doctors surgery so I hope you’re ok…
It’s annoying when your cycle starts to act a bit weird and not goto plan, doesn’t necessarily mean you’re out tho, so have hope & follow the OPKs ..
yes day 21 should be 7 days after ovulation, I ovulated a day late cd15 so I had to reschedule by a day, luckily the surgery was closed on the Monday anyways so I wouldn’t have even able to get in 😂 .. so I’ll go Tuesday which is 7dpo and cd22 … I’m expecting a 29 day cycle now if my LP is 14 again.

@NatGee just bloods just now, this test will confirm ovulation - which is weird because this is the first month I’ve been able to see 3 clear temp rises 😂 so I’m fairly confident I ovulated, would be good to check my levels to see if they’re high enough for conception though…

@NatGee, sorry you are having a nightmare cycle. Crazy to think that OTC pills would be possible to mess things up so much. Try not to read too much in to it, hopefully just a one off.
@NSx - jealous of your lie in! Hope you have had a lovely chilled day. I reckon I'm maybe 1dpo. Obviously I don't temp so have to go on OPKs, but got the positive on Friday (CD13) so assuming I ovulated Friday night maybe or yesterday, I'd say I'm now in the TWW. Who knows for sure! Have the bloods on Friday so they will tell me if I even ovulated at all! 🫠

I got my day 21 bloods done today so will find out this week if I even ovulated - BBT suggests yes but you can’t get more conclusive than bloods. 😅

@NatGee how are you doing now? I think it’s normal to spit near ovulation even if it doesn’t happen usually? I understand your worry though as I worry about every little thing (don’t think you will have noticed 😂)

@NSx I’m ok. I didn’t do anything Sunday or yesterday apart from cook. My partner sprained his ankle last week and made it worse by not resting and I was bleeding heavily so we decided to relax. I had my daughter yesterday so not as relaxing but didn’t go out or anything until work today. It seems back to normal flow now though. AF is usually only 5 days for me so would usually be done by end of today but I think it’s going to be an extra day as well as a heavier flow. I’m hoping this is a one off as don’t want to feel like this again. I really feel for those who bleed heavy for days every cycle! Good luck for your blood results.

Hello all! CD13 here, we've been away for the week in Greece which has been lovely and we had lots of sex haha. I didn't pack my opks so just relaxed, I think it's too early in my cycle but we had fun. Going to start testing tomorrow.

Not much to report here. Haven't managed to SMEP this month as I'm away over most of my fertile period. Having said that I'm CD 23 and only had ewcm last two days, so it's very late in my cycle again so I'm probably still sub fertile. Sigh.

12dpo here, negative test on 9 & 11dpo, shouldn't have done the 9dpo, but I have no willpower to wait 🤦🏻‍♀️ got my hopes up yesterday as my temp had gone higher than all cycle, so tested again, but still negative. Going to wait until Friday now to test again, as should be due AF then or Saturday, thanks to my super early ovulation. Have my 21bloods in a couple of hours, so will be a day early now for those I think? Lost count of everything now, too much going on in my brain! Have attached my chart just so you can agree that it's pretty 😅 just hoping my temps don't start dropping tomorrow 🤞

my RHR has gone back up to ovulation levels but I’m only CD6. It didn’t fully drop down from AF. It’s not hit below 60bpm and gone back up to 61bpm. My RHR isn’t following its normal pattern that it always follows (or has the last 5 years!). It dropped slowly from 65bpm day before AF to 60bpm (yesterday) then back up to 61bpm today. My standard RHR by this point is 56-58bpm and never goes back above 60 until ovulation day. I definitely am not ovulating today so maybe I’m about to come down with something
