Ttc #1 and cycle 1. Anyone else?

As title says ttc #1, cycle 1, 30 yo. I got my 1st flashing smiley this morning on the CB test.

Thought it would be nice to hear from other ladies in a similar position.

I’m confused what CD this is for me. I have another full thread on this so won’t rewrite it here but if anyone can help me on that thread (title: my first ever flashing smiley please help) I’d be grateful as I’m very confused. This may be CD10 for me or may be CD5

@Pops100 defo! Avoid the brews and liquids maybe try test later on in afternoon? Hopefully it gets darker and it's time to BD

I feel like I have AF cramps today and bloating and all the other symptoms I get when I’m about to get AF but it’s too soon. I’m CD21 today. I have had the odd short cycle here and there 24/25days but usually my cycles are closer to 30days. If I do get AF this week then my luteal phase this month would be really short too. Wait and see I guess

I'm having the STRANGEST AF before hand... sorry if TMI.
I normally get 2 days of spotting then 4/5 days of actual bleeding
I've had very very minimal spotting the last 2 days that's dark in colour and no actual AF appearing... anybody else get this? I just want it here and over and done so it's not cycle!! Strange

If you got the smiley today @Pops100 then you should ovulate tomorrow and the Thursday you will be 1dpo - if you put the info into a cycle tracking app it should sort of do that for you. Yay for ovulation!

@RMS0209 SAME!! I got one horrible gush of red sticky stuff yesterday and then today nothing is actually coming out, but have terrible cramps. Hope yours sorts itself out!

@lakejupiter my AF is due on 4th Feb so I’ll wait until near then the first week of Feb I think but I feel like my AF is already coming but it’s so early so maybe it’s not I’ll have to see 🤞

I had weird two week wait AF pains this month @Newbiemg - not sure what it was!! Hope period stays away for you

What cheapie strips does everybody use? I'm just doing my shopping list for next cycle. Got some more clear blues but want to have the cheapies too!

I've got a few I use the premom , flo and Femometer. Mainly use Premom though.

I got a pack of 50 strips from Amazon called easy@home x

Oh great, some light spotting over here. One of the worst cycles (sometimes it starts a couple of days before AF, sometimes a week - thanks cervix). Expect I’m out, but that’s ok! Wasn’t expecting a miracle first cycle anyway 😂

I have a cm question. When I research online it says that creamy cm should come after period and before ewcm so before ovulation and then after ovulation it should be sticky or dry.

I always have loads of creamy cm after ovulation. This is the time I actually have the most cm throughout my whole cycle.

Does anyone else get creamy cm after ovulation is that normal for some people?

Just asking as I’ve got loads this evening. Sorry TMI but I thought I just got AF because I felt it like pour out but it was loads of creamy cm.

I know some people get that when early pregnant but this is normal for me every cycle so no difference.

I have a lack of clear ewcm etc but the creamy cm I seem to get a lot but not at the time it says I should lol

@SMD16 different websites say different things so confusing lol! I just read it can be normal after ovulation and before AF. I think it’s called leukorrhea.

Wish I got this amount of ewcm too lol

At least it's nearly Friday and I can find out if AF arrives to put me out of this long old TWW!
